Myself and 5 others rented a property from Piney. The application process was seamless and the application quickly processed (especially considering the complexity of a tenancy agreement split 6 ways). During the tenancy our agent was extremely helpful, any small issues with the property were resolved promptly. The viewings and inspections were always carried out with plenty of notice and flexibility depending on our situation(s). I highly recommend renting with piney. Excellent service all round

Fantastic letting agents, very accommodating in all tenant requests and professional. Considerably more caring than most letting agents in south Belfast.

Fantastic service. Out of all the estate agencies in Belfast this is the best. Staff are extremely helpful and anytime I experienced problems they had s workman over within 24 hours. They also helped me set up Internet as my English was not great when I arrived 2 years ago.
