GoogleBest rental company I have used. Repairs fixed normally in 24hrs or that same day too . I have been with Piney for 3 years now and they have always been friendly and helping. My friends have just rented a house from them and are very happy with the sevice they received as well. Highly Recomended!

GoogleI had a very positive experience with Piney. Throughout my tenancy they were always incredibly quick to resolve any issues that we had. Any communication we had was always very friendly and professional and you felt like they truly had your best interests at heart. I’d highly recommend piney to anyone :)

GoogleAwful Company with predatory practices, a simple google search for Piney Estate Agency, Piney Developments will show the hidden court and legal cases they have had to go through for stealing numerous tenants monies, couple this with atrocious harassment tactics from the owners such as fake reviews, constant calls and spam emails to the clients, I'd highly recommend avoiding this 'company' like the plague, that is.. unless you enjoy having your money taken and no home to actually stay in? As for the fake reviews claims which will follow, Piney, please search yourselves on google before you can even try and cover this up with more fake reviews.

GoogleIssues that were raised within the house were ignored multiple times and attitude towards resolving issues we had with the house were poor and rude on the staffs behalf. Any requests we did have and made when we first moved in we’re only resolved a year later literally the day before we were set to move out. Absolute disgrace. Then to top it off after my contract with piney had ended they proceeded to take rent off me this may have been a genuine mistake but the way I was spoken to on the phone was nothing but rude. Would not recommend

GoogleI was in Italy and I have been assisted very well to get the rent sorted out through Piney. The agent BYRON looked after me impeccably and have nothing but good things to say. When I had issues and something needed fixed, he arranged for someone to come out and fix it within a day or two. Everyone we've spoken to have been helpful. All my queries were also answered immediately and I felt treated very good. Excellent in every way - couldn't recommend Piney enough!

GoogleRenting from Piney was a very positive experience. When maintenance issues arose in the house, we dropped them a text and a maintenance man was sent out the next day, no questions asked with no additional cost. The staff were very approachable and helpful particularly when we had issues with having to change personnel staying in the house, they were very flexible, patient and willing to help during that time. Furthermore when ending the tenancy, we were apprehensive of loosing the deposit if the house wasn't quite up to scratch, but piney did a pre-moving out inspection and told us what things we still needed to sort, we did them and then got our full deposit back. Everyone who stayed in our house were very impressed with the service that Piney provided, it couldn't be faulted!
