He proactively found us a practically identical property that aligned perfectly with our required move-in date, which took a huge amount of stress off our shoulders. Since submitting our application, we’ve been kept fully informed with regular updates, and communication has been prompt, clear, and reassuring at every stage. I would give piney 10 stars if I could. We recently moved to Belfast and needed a place to live. After weeks of disappointment we landed on piney and it was as if all our problems had been solved.
