I was with Piney both as a student renting for a year and also working with them as a landlord for 4 years. I mostly worked with their agent Byron Campbell and he always delivered a great service on both sides. Extremely tentative to tenants when we required anything for the house but also very helpful to myself as a landlord when anything needed done to manage the property, leaving very little work for myself to do. Would highly recommend Piney if you need either service!

Very fast at responding to my interests in a house and was able to organise a viewing immediately at a time that suited me perfectly. Viewing was just me so it felt more personal and ultimately ended up renting the location. Staff were friendly and professional when calling in with documents. There was also no application fees which is always very refreshing and removes that feeling of daylight robbery. There was a small issue with the kitchen sink in the property, piney was able to get this issue resolved inside the first week and provided me with the contact details for the plumber to arrange a time best suited around me. All round great experience and smooth rental.

I must leave a good comment today! I was tenant for 2 years. Good service and lovely attitude! They are kind to students , no need guarantor or full payment. I am not the tenant of them now. Today, for my new agency, a group of people suddenly broke into my room, and they didn't explain their intentions at all. I thought I missed the notification email and didn't dare to question them. I started to feel sick until I checked my email and found no notifications at all!

I have been renting in Belfast for 7 years and 3 of these years with Piney. They have been the best estate agent I have ever rented with. Robert couldn’t be more helpful and is always very professional and efficient to answer queries or concerns. Piney are very very quick to help and for repairs. I have had no issues with them at all and are always more than fair. Sad to be leaving them but would recommend to anyone considering renting or letting in Belfast.
