GoogleWe've been dealing with Piney for 15+ years - they're great to work with, very professional, very helpful. Hastings & Richard have a mine of information, from what changes I need to be aware of regarding HMOs, to advice about some issue a tenant has raised. As for letting the properties, that's a phonecall from them to check whether we need new tenants and they do the rest, peace of mind for us. Thanks guys.

GooglePiney have no regard or respect for their tenants. Firstly, midway through the year they gave the keys to our house to insurers without any prior notification to us that 1. they had keys to our house 2. they were coming to evaluate the house. They didnt even check to see if these people were who they said they were. We only found out they were coming once they had came in through our front door. Secondly, at the end of the year once we were moving out, one of their agents had let himself into our house to tell us to get out by the 31st July without telling us they were coming, again. When we rang up to complain they did nothing about this and made excuses such as 'they had tried to get in contact with us'. They had our contact emails and numbers yet we had no missed calls, emails, voicemails... nothing. Definitely look somewhere else if you're looking a house.

GoogleI rented from Piney last year on one of their managed properties and I must say the service was 150%. The staff are friendly and approachable and never failed to fix issues as and when any arose. The property was impeccable - clean, tidy and freshly painted on the day I moved in and there was no issue on return of deposit on day I moved out. I was so impressed that I have been renting from them the past 3 years. Go to Piney!!!!!

GoogleNew to Belfast, we rented through Piney for our first home in the city. The whole letting process was extremely efficient & they were quite supportive with us being new to the city. Been about a year with the agency, we have had a fantastic experience (specifically Byron in our case). Excellent service, highly reliable, timely response, & friendly attitude best describes the agency. Any problems encountered with the property were resolved very quickly. Highly recommended!!!!
