Fantastic for First-time Buyers!

100% recommend PropertyPal mortgages! The team have been amazing throughout. They made everything clear and simple, which was brilliant for us as first-time buyers. Excellent Professional Service

I would honestly recommend PropertyPal to anyone starting out in property with little or no idea about the whole process. You just tell the team what you plan to do, and they advise you with your best intentions in mind. A special mention to Aimee who I made the initial contact with on the phone, who make me very comfortable and relaxed about the whole process which can be quite daunting. Another special message to Kathryn who made regular contact with me and kept me updated on my application. Lastly a very special mention to Owen, who always kept me updated and advised me expertly. From the very first time we met Marie (months before we even planned to look at the mortgage officially) we were dealt with in an extremely efficient and professional manner, not only that but Marie was also friendly and informative and explained everything thoroughly without using language that we wouldn't understand. I can't recommend using their service enough and I have already made our friends and family aware of how well the service from Marie was.The service doesn't just entail Marie, the guys in the office chasing and sending emails and keeping us up to date, they were no different in terms of their helpfulness and professionalism, an exceptional service also.
