we have recently made our wills and updated our life, critical illness and income protection insurnces with the help of Owen and the whole experience was very smooth, understandable and straight forward. Owen seemed to understand our needs and wants, he was approchable, friendly, helpfull and professional. One of the main positive for us was, that none of the appointments felt like a high pressure sales appointment, which could be really offputting, but we have never felt like we had to agree to anything. PropertyPal removed all of the stress from buying a home for the first time. Buying by myself at a young age and with parents who haven’t bought property in over 20 years, it was difficult to get impartial advice that wasn’t selling me something, but PropertyPal were very clear and concise. They didn’t only provide numbers but also an amazing professional insight into the mortgage market and protected my interests, keeping me updated throughout. Thank you SO much to Margaret, Behbinn and Jennie (for sorting out my house insurance). Critical illness cover advice, insurance etc were all sorted leaving me with nothing to worry about, and a 24/7 hotline available answered any questions I had, while being VERY useful as a shift worker. Easy, straightforward and professional from start to finish. Own, Ian and Kelly were amazing and they had the answers for everything I asked. It surprised me how effortless for it was. They asked me for my bank statement, SA302’s and tax overviews which can all be obtained online in a matter of minutes. They fill everything out for the bank to process and explain in detail how mortgages work and what was best to get the most out of it. They provide excellent knowledge on the right kind of insurance that where required and others that may be off interest. Overall couldn’t ask for a better experience for my first time mortgage application.
