GoogleFound GOC extremely professional from the first enquiry to the final sale. Nothing was ever to much and as a first time sellers we had many queries and everything was dealt with quickly, and if needed advice given. Emails kept us up to date and will be recommending them to others and would not hesitate to use GOC in the future.

GoogleI get that it's a landlords market in Belfast, but poor service from GOC Viewed a property, liked it and enquired about applying to rent. Following their process and... Silence. No response to my multiple emails. A poor poor service from the team. Do better.

GoogleKirby and her entire team are a pleasure to deal with and are professional, highly experienced, they make everything smooth, seamless, they take care and time in sourcing the right property to suits your requirements, are great at vetting tenants and obtaining those who look after the property / pay rent on time etc . If repairs are necessary they can organise all, again removing stress for landlords etc . They are very approachable and give a personal touch Alot of estate Agents do not have . Rolls Royce treatment afforded throughout. Keep up the good work !!

GoogleAfter spending months dealing with nearly every estate agent in Belfast to no avail and weeks of frustration, we eventually came in contact with GOC, and specifically Kirby and Ronan. They instantly began trying to understand exactly what kind of property we were looking for, rather than simply organising multiple viewings for properties that didn't reflect their pictures. GOC on the other hand were professional, polite, and extremely communicative, letting us know how the application was progressing at all times, even messaging us after hours and at the weekend. We had nearly lost faith in our house search, but Ronan and Kirby restored it and more. A big thanks to all at GOC. Simply put: Best Estate Agents in Belfast.

GoogleFrom the start, GOC made our lives extremely difficult. When we moved into a flat we rented from them, the bed was supported by cans of paint. The roof was leaking. The cooker hood had a grease leak. And the flat had a severe mould problem. It was only when the Belfast city council got involved did GOC care to do anything at all. Then when it came to moving out, GOC orchestrated a sham to try and take our bond. Once we said we would be raising the dispute with the TDS NI - miraculously - GOC did not seek to take our bond anymore. Everything about our experience with GOC was unbelievably shocking and poor. Awful.

We have explained the circumstances around your issues and around a junior member of staff communicating with you in error, which we stood over. GoogleWe were struggling to find a place for months but when we got in contact with GOC they were brilliant! We felt valued as they really engaged with us when other agents didn't. They listened to what we wanted and offered plenty of wonderful properties for us to view and consider. We found one we loved, they gave us a viewing really quick and within a few days our application was accepted, with them keeping us in the loop all along the way!
