Google*RENTERS BEWARE* these guys are absolute con artists who will try to get money out of you at any given opportunity. They charge a £30 ‘admin fee’ for a reference and then try to charge a £75 ‘check out fee’ upon vacating a property. When questioned about what this fee was for they claimed it was for them to go to the property and conduct the final check out inspection, which is already their job to do so, yet they tried to deduct it from my deposit. Upon contacting housing rights they advised me to dispute this with TDS as it is an illegal fee. After starting the dispute with TDS, GOC swiftly called me to tell me the fee would be waived on this occasion if I dropped the dispute. To anyone renting, it you are unsure always question what exactly these ‘fees’ are for and contact housing rights to check if they can charge them. Chances are they are just trying to make a bit of extra profit thinking no one will challenge them about it!

Unfortunately, we are unable to provide letters for free to any client, there is a time element involved for us to produce this for you, much the same as a solicitor or doctor wouldn’t write a letter for free either. It’s something you can keep on file and use in the future anytime you move. The checkout administration is currently under internal review.

GoogleFANTASTIC EXPERIENCE. I recently sold a property with GOC and can honestly say they are the best Estate Agents around. From start to finish they were flawless. I knew from my first meeting with Kirby that GOC were the company to use, she was friendly, professional, personable, knowledgeable and I could see how passionate she was about her job. I felt as though I had known her for years. The communication throughout the process was outstanding, regular emails and calls from Kirby and Jonathan with updates. I mustn’t forget Jonathan who was also exceptional, knowledgeable and again passionate. I can’t rate GOC enough, they will be the first EA I will be recommending to friends and family. Jonathan is professional, approachable, helpful and completely reliable. He has achieved that fine balance between vendor and buyer management where both parties feel secure in their relationship with Jonathan and both parties are happy with their respective outcomes. GoogleI used GOC Estate Agents (dealt with Dara) to sell my apartment and I was very happy with the service i received. I needed some work completed on the apartment (painting, carpentry and plumbing) in advance of the sale, Dara arranged the tradesmen and the scheduling of the work. It was extremely useful to me as a remote seller. After the apartment went sale agreed Dara kept me informed of progress and was always quick to reply to any queries I had. Very impressive.

GoogleVery good company to work with. I purchased a property they had on the market. Initially I wasn't able to make the purchase, but Johnny kept in touch and eventually everything fell into place. Delightful to deal with and extremely professional. If I ever sell I'll certainly be giving them my business.
