Kirby and the team provide an excellent and seamless service in Estate Agency services. Kirby in particular is really professional and exceptionally responsive. She knows how to shape and frame the deals to suit both purchasers and sellers, and can successfully navigate the challenges as they inevitably arise in property acquisitions. If only all estate agents were this good!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

I would absolutely recommend GOC estate agents compared with others in South Belfast. Having recently decided to move house, Kirby and Adam were exceptional. We valued their enthusiasm and clear communication. Our house sold within 2 weeks and I have no doubt this was as a result of their personal yet highly professional approach.PositiveProfessionalism

Knew from first meeting that Jonathan (Steen ) was the person I wanted to handle the sale of my house.Jonathan was friendly, polite and professional throughout. Feedback was provided after every viewing.although it took longer than anticipated to sell due to factors outside the control of the agents, we got there eventually. I am happy with the service provided by Jonathan at GOC

We found the Senior Valuer, Jack, to be excellent and personable. He gave us confidence that GO'C could sell our property and had a good understanding of an appropriate selling price and of houses in our area. He kept us very well informed throughout the selling process, which went smoothly and answered any queries we had. We would have no hesitation in highly recommending GO'C for house sales in our area

We worked closely with Kirby on the sale of our house in Belfast BT9 back in January 2021. We had an excellent experience and this review is long overdue. Kirby was professional and supportive throughout the process. She provided immensely useful feedback and enabled the sale despite the challenges of the pandemic, our own individual circumstances forcing us to handle this sale remotely and the local housing market. A five star review does not do them justice, GOC are excellent, experienced, professional and empathetic agents. It was a great pleasure to work with them.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value
