I used GOC Estate Agents (dealt with Dara) to sell my apartment and I was very happy with the service i received. I needed some work completed on the apartment (painting, carpentry and plumbing) in advance of the sale, Dara arranged the tradesmen and the scheduling of the work. It was extremely useful to me as a remote seller. After the apartment went sale agreed Dara kept me informed of progress and was always quick to reply to any queries I had. Very impressive.

From the start, GOC made our lives extremely difficult. When we moved into a flat we rented from them, the bed was supported by cans of paint. The roof was leaking. The cooker hood had a grease leak. And the flat had a severe mould problem. It was only when the Belfast city council got involved did GOC care to do anything at all. Then when it came to moving out, GOC orchestrated a sham to try and take our bond. Once we said we would be raising the dispute with the TDS NI - miraculously - GOC did not seek to take our bond anymore. Everything about our experience with GOC was unbelievably shocking and poor. Awful.
