When I reached out to him to inquire about a property he had listed, I didn’t realize how much I needed someone to treat me with kindness and respect. Darrell immediately connected with me personally, and also as a Canadian as his wife is Canadian. I am happy to give GOC this 5 star rating, all the staff have been super helpful during a recent property transaction. Living abroad I relied fully on Kirby and her team to deal with all aspects of a house sale which they did with great efficiently. I particularly appreciated the speed at which all my queries were replied to and my requests dealt with. I got a bitter experience with GOC agents. There was a show home on Sunday and I looked a house and I liked it. Immediately I had asked agent I wanted to pay the deposit but he said he is not taking any deposits and he advised mail and call in the early morning 9am. I sent an email on Sunday itself offered to pay the deposit in the email. Monday morning I called at 9am and offered to pay the deposit for the home I liked. Agent said will sort out and get back to me.i also mentioned the email on Sunday itself regarding the deposit. Agent didn't even mention about the status of the house. I also confirmed with Laggan Homes also house was not booked in. But I didn't get call till 3:30pm but between 9 and 3pm I called GOC 10times no one has responded to me. At last I got call saying the home is already booked in. Upon asking GOC agents simply got the response Sorry. This was second time happened similarly.
