I had the pleasure of Kirby's help and professionalism in assisting me sale my my brothers home. It was not a good time to sale as Covid put a stop to the Estate Agents being able to show people around the house. Whenever Covid restrictions was lifted Kirby and her team were back to pushing ahead to get our deal over the line. I sold my apartment with Gerry O'Connors and they did a great job. They found a buyer quickly. There were issues along the way regarding the buyers solicitor which delayed things but they (Dara I was working with) kept the momentum on the sale which completed the sale effectively. As the buyer had delayed things Dara managed to negotiate an increase in money to cover my costs. Very attentive and make the sale happen.

She is doing an amazing and efficient work on communicating between me and the vonder and complete a sale agree within one week. A fantastic, fast and friendly service from GOC Estate Agents that I would thoroughly recommend to anyone looking for a rental property. My son's previous landlord sold his flat and gave him very short notice to find another property to rent just before Christmas. GOC moved incredibly fast to help my son secure fabulous new accommodation before the Christmas break, putting all our minds at rest. I have just finished buying a house through GOC, and Kirby and her team were brilliant throughout. The process was longer than usual due to delays with the solicitors, however Kirby was great throughout at helping to get updates from the seller & his solicitor and keep it progressing, and was always on hand with quick responses whenever I emailed with any questions (even on her days off!). Her team were always happy to arrange access for any viewings and surveys I needed and were always able to work around my schedule even at fairly short notice. Would definitely recommend
