YellSmall but brilliant firm
Tim Luft and his team made my first time home buying experience easy and smooth. A small estate agency, but interestingly, the only two houses that appealed to me were theirs. Experienced and approachable and make communication between vendors and buyers easy. I truly recommend GOC estate agents if you are looking to buy a house in Belfast.

GoogleI get that it's a landlords market in Belfast, but poor service from GOC Viewed a property, liked it and enquired about applying to rent. Following their process and... Silence. No response to my multiple emails. A poor poor service from the team. Do better.

GoogleKirby and her entire team are a pleasure to deal with and are professional, highly experienced, they make everything smooth, seamless, they take care and time in sourcing the right property to suits your requirements, are great at vetting tenants and obtaining those who look after the property / pay rent on time etc . If repairs are necessary they can organise all, again removing stress for landlords etc . They are very approachable and give a personal touch Alot of estate Agents do not have . Rolls Royce treatment afforded throughout. Keep up the good work !!

GoogleFound GOC extremely professional from the first enquiry to the final sale. Nothing was ever to much and as a first time sellers we had many queries and everything was dealt with quickly, and if needed advice given. Emails kept us up to date and will be recommending them to others and would not hesitate to use GOC in the future.

GoogleKirby + the guys were always amenable + helpful, making sure viewings suited our schedules + keeping us informed. They kept their good humour in spite of the eccentricities + insanity of the vendors, buyers, surveyors + lawyers - + of Boris + Liz + our local variant politicians + that bloke in Threadneedle Street for whom every day is April 1st. Highly recommend.

GoogleI had the opportunity to be with the agency for a year and a half and I was quite satisfied with the experience. I had to leave the property for personal reasons, but I had no complaints. Great assistance from day 1, friendly and timely customer service in the different teams, and very quick to respond to each one of my queries. I would not hesitate to consider GOC in the future and to recommend them!

Living in a beautiful spacious home with a private garden in a peaceful community was the best choice possible during the time of my doctoral research. GoogleAfter spending months dealing with nearly every estate agent in Belfast to no avail and weeks of frustration, we eventually came in contact with GOC, and specifically Kirby and Ronan. They instantly began trying to understand exactly what kind of property we were looking for, rather than simply organising multiple viewings for properties that didn't reflect their pictures. GOC on the other hand were professional, polite, and extremely communicative, letting us know how the application was progressing at all times, even messaging us after hours and at the weekend. We had nearly lost faith in our house search, but Ronan and Kirby restored it and more. A big thanks to all at GOC. Simply put: Best Estate Agents in Belfast.

GoogleDO NOT let with GOC estate agents. Easily the worst experience I have ever had with an agency. Their lack of professionalism is astonishing. From leaving issues with damp unresolved to claiming unwarranted fees at the end of our tenancy e.g. cleaning floors which were spotless and replacing keys which were cracked upon us receiving them. Perhaps most shockingly of all is their terminating the lease for my co-tenant upon my moving out - despite him wanting to remain in the property and renew the lease. If that wasn't bad enough, they then tried to come in a day before our lease was up. Thankfully, we are out the other side of our dispute in getting our money back from GOC (after four months waiting on TDS to make a decision) and no longer have to deal with them. I honestly cannot warn people against them strongly enough and, to GOC, I hope you all recognise what a crooked business you run.

GoogleI have nothing but praise for GOC and the way they successfully managed our flat sale. Despite all the Covid 19 issues we quickly had a sale agreed with a great buyer at a price we were all happy with. Communication was excellent and the momentum was maintained throughout the process so we could complete as quickly as possible. GOC were even able to arrange clearance of the flat and cleaning as we were unable to get there. GoogleWe were struggling to find a place for months but when we got in contact with GOC they were brilliant! We felt valued as they really engaged with us when other agents didn't. They listened to what we wanted and offered plenty of wonderful properties for us to view and consider.
