GOC have managed our property in Belfast over the past few years. We have had fantastic support for our tenants and ourselves as landlords. They have ensured that any problems with the house itself have been resolved quickly and efficiently. Try a agent called ' Jonathan' he is ' amazing' Also please remove my personal data from your contact list. This is not first time to tolerate you unreasonable behavior call me to book view, I said okay. then said do you have cash, can you bid over others, can you afford ect... If you think I cannot afforded, why you contact me in the first place to waste my time. Then said wait you cannot view it as you donot have enough money I think. Also buying house is a changing process, before I even saw the house have to check that I have enough money, how do I know your house worth that much? This is not first time I remember long time ago ask me to send proof of fund before I can view a house, I got Chinese money, you can easily google to get an rough idea, okay, foreigner exchange rate change everyday, then you want me to pay translator to translate that for you for exact amount before I can bid a house.. I will not view , sell or buy any house with you.. donot waste my time. Gosh
