GooglePaul Maguire from GOC was really helpful in getting my first rental property up and running. He handled everything - the photographs, advertising, viewings, references and signing the contract - in a friendly, efficient manner. Took the stress out of the process. Got us what I think will be two excellent tenants. Recommended.

GoogleTim from GOC went above what I have previously experienced with competitors. He personally attended all viewings and helped negotiate additional sale of furniture which I did not expect. Furthermore, he mitigated during the legal process to ensure completion ran smoothly. I would recommend using GOC for any house sale.

GoogleVery poor service. GOC manage the property I'm currently living in and I'm very disappointed with the service I've received. They rarely return calls and have ignored repeated requests to deal with damp in the bathroom. Would not use again.
