GoogleI have been very impressed with the care, attention to detail, and responsiveness of the Whitegates lettings team. Karen Hall has sorted a number of (inevitable) teething troubles out very promptly (shower fixed by the excellent in-house maintenance team within a day of reporting the problem!) Throughout the process of securing the property the team were kind and reassuring. They really do appear to act as 'honest brokers' between tenant and landlord. GoogleGreat communication initially, making contact with a person immediately. I asked for valuation of my home. I was asked if I was buying, and I replied no. I was told someone would contact me. This was a week ago. My house is now on the market with a different estate agent.

She was always returning my emails promptly and was availble through phone call even during the COVID time. She supported and help me with a smooth move out while I was close to the end of my tenancy and I was planning to move to my new house.
