Googlegood quality rentals. Online system for application is a pain but Lisa Hall was extremely helpfull in getting things done quickly. Repairs can be reported through an online portal, which has its bugs, but usually works fine. Once reported, Marie Storer was very forthcoming and polite and got things sorted quickly.

GoogleWhitegates have recently helped me take out a rental agreement for a flat in Beeston. Their members of staff have been extremely professional, helpful, patient, and responsive to all of my inquiries and questions from the viewing to when I had moved in and settled in (this was my first time renting through a letting agency). Reka did a fantastic job liaising between me and the landlord to ensure that all necessary paperwork was done properly, and that the flat was in the best possible condition for me to move in. Marie then helped me sort out any issues that arose within the first few days of my moving in. For any issue that I reported, she got back to me very quickly and helped find a solution almost immediately. Whitegates have made my first-time renting experience very pleasant and smooth. GoogleManagement of my property was handed over to Whitegates after I had already been at the property for a year and they were brilliant. I was looking to leave the property due to how neglectful the house owner was. But within a week of Whitegates taking over we had workmen in to fix critical issues that the owner was content to completely ignore (like working heating) and they kept up the maintenance wonderfully. I ended up staying nearly 2 more years because of Whitegates.
