GooglePoor communication, lack of sympathy and just pure lies and promises. They need to be shut down as an estate agent. Making complaints and noone is doing anything about it. As long as they have their rent. DONT RENT FROM THEM. THEY WOULD RENT U PROBLEMATIC FLATS AND HOUSES.

GoogleCurrently a tenant with Whitegates Beeston and the service with maintenance has been great. I had an issue with my boiler over the weekend and the response was rapid from Marie with a quick resolution. The maintenance team (pete and colleague) were very helpful and explained well of the issue. I am very happy with the service and has made the experience comfortable.

GoogleWhitegates always keeps in touch with me. When my tenants gave notice there were about ten viewings the next weekend. I got their feedback on the house and YES a prospective tenant began to apply to rent the house. This estate agent works hard for me and delivers.....I can sleep at night with them in charge. They keep void periods to a minimum and so are cost effective.
