Personal service without the price!! So wonderful to deal with professional, friendly and hard working human beings instead of apps and robots!! Tristrams are currently selling a property for us in Nottingham and the whole team have been amazing. A special thank you goes to Liam for his excellent service and time keeping!! (important when you have to travel) We have been kept up to date with viewings, offers etc (thanks also to Talia in the office) and the property is now sold stc. We are confident the rest of the process will go just as smoothly. Thank you Tristrams!!

Although I’m still in the process of finding a place. Over the last few days the help and advice I’ve received from Alex is beyond anyone or any other company. He’s remained professional, calm, not pushy and very patient. All I can say is that Tristram’s have got a brilliant guy working for them which reflects their business. He’s gained my trust, even after all the negative experiences I’ve had within the area recently through other letting agents (not within Tristrams). Thanks again Alex and hopefully we’ll have a deal soon.

I was desperate to get my house sold as quickly as possible due to my personal circumstances. I spoke to Tristrams and straight away I was able to get an agent come out to value the property and take photos. The agent who came out was called Liam and he was absolutely fantastic, he was so friendly and got all the paperwork sent to me straight away. Once the house was officially for sale the estate agent I had was Talia, she was very efficient, she was here early for each of my viewings and very friendly. Tristrams knew we needed a quick sale and they helped as much as possible to achieve that. Definitely recommend.

I had a really positive experience with this letting agency. Laura, one of their agents, was incredibly helpful throughout the whole process of arranging my rental property. She always communicated clearly, provided me with accurate information, and supported me whenever I needed help. Her professionalism and friendly approach made everything much easier. I’m very happy with the service and would highly recommend both the agency and Laura to anyone looking for a home.

So far I am very happy getting assistance from Tristrams. Talia has been amazing agent. Talia went extra mile to guide me with few things to make sure I get viewings. No agents do that but Talia has been exceptional. They are quick to communicate and assist. Liam has been awesome in answering my questions and assisting me in every possible way. Thank you Liam and Talia.

I have used several estate agents for both sale and lettings. Tristrams were, by far, the best. Kirsten took charge of the whole sale process to ensure that everything went smoothly. She was easy to get hold of for quiries and communicated effectively. Can't fault the service. I would highly recommend Tristrams and will definitely use them again. Thank you Kirsten!

Professional efficient and personable. Alicja handled the whole process and had a new tenant lined up before the current tenant had actually left. I am so impressed.

Matthew the photographer was lovely when he visited my house, he was reassuring and kind. Liam was really well prepared and informative when he valued our property, which suits us well. Hoping the rest of the buying and selling experience is as positive

Had a bit of a nightmare with our first estate agents reached out to Tristams and they were great. Managed to get our house listed in a matter of days and achieved more viewings in the couple of day than we got with Yopa in the first couple of weeks! Talia and Liam were both excellent! Highly recommended great service at a fair price

Very thankful for Marta and the team helping our little family find our home. While she’s a little loud, this is only because of her passion for her role and she truly cares about those she works for. Thank you Marta!

I recently sold my house using Tristrams, this is the 2nd time I have used them to sell a property and again I couldn’t fault their service. Kirsten helped us throughout our sale and provided excellent service, negotiating sales and giving constant communication throughout a some what tricky process. We couldn’t have done it without her! Would fully recommend Tristrams!

I’ve been with Tristrams for a short while but my whole experience with them has been really good so far from the starting enquiry of the property till I signed the final paperwork. Luke has been exceptional with his customer service abilities and has always tried to provide solutions whenever there were any problems. I would recommend tristrams to anyone reading this.

We used Tristram's to sell our house and had a fantastic experience. Liam was our point of contact and he was friendly, professional and understanding at every point. Moving house isn’t an easy process and Liam was so understanding every step of the way offering spot on advice and guidance to help us and make it as stress free as possible. We never felt like anything was too much trouble, despite us asking a lot of questions and calling for advice regularly! Down to earth, chatty, and clearly very experienced and passionate about what he does, I would highly recommend Liam and Tristram's to anyone who is looking to sell their property. Thanks again.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

Hi, it is my fantastic experience in rental tenancy in UK that I have never experienced. Miss Wendolowska, Julia is one of the best letting agents in the Tristram’s Property I ensure. She wholeheartedly provided services and explained everything in datails when I have many request on the house, including the location, decorations, gardening, and price concerned. Julia is kind and helpful to solve my questions so efficiently. As a new person living in Nottingham, it is not easy to settle down and return to normal and peaceful life without Julia's assistance. Some of my relatives and friends are planning to move there. Without hesitation, the Tristram’s Property is highly recommended in terms of quality of service and confidence of purchases. Thank you the Tristram’s Property and Julia to facilitate my family in Nottingham.

What can I say other than amazing? Phil was fantastic, approachable, communicative and professional from start to finish. We listed our property with Tristrams and sold super quickly after the first group of viewings, whilst achieving asking price. The whole process was smooth and if we sell again, we'll definitely be using Tristrams again. I will be recommending them personally to anyone who is looking to sell their house with minimal fuss and at a reasonable cost. Thanks again Phil!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value
