I don't understand how they have such a high rating. They are so slow and uncaring. It takes them such a long time to respond to issues such as the boiler breaking, leaving us without heating for several days. When we first moved in, there were a lot of problems with the place. We reported all the issues on their app and after several months they just deleted all our reports without addressing them??

Would rate them 10 stars if I could!! I Was desperately looking for an accommodation for my brother and the guys at Tristrams were amazing at helping me secure one, and what a property it was!!! Brilliant service from the whole team and special S/O to Luke🙏🙏. I would definitely recommend. Wish they operated in London as well😭😭😭

We're a tenant with Tristams and they are always so helpful and efficient with how quickly they deal with things. Ashley was brilliant and persistent to sort out our boiler issues, he went above and beyond to help the landlord get this sorted for me and my young children. Would highly recommend this company for a letting agent.

Last week my partner and I travelled to Nottingham to search for new rental accommodation in preparation for our new jobs starting this August. Myself and my partner have recently just brought our first property and what I thought was going to be a stressful time, turned out to be a smooth transaction. Thanks to the staff at Tristrams especially Jesse Charles who dealt with all our queries. He had a no problem attitude and was very helpful in all that we asked for. Dealing with regular viewings that we asked for and finding missing keys he always kept us informed along the way and nothing was too much trouble. Just wanted to say thanks for his time and attention. Definitely worth knowing in case of a move for the future.

Tristram’s were amazing start to finish, we would thoroughly recommend using them for both selling and buying a property. We put our house on the market earlier this year and were very impressed with how professional the team were, especially considering the challenges of COVID and local restrictions. Liam was our main point of contact - he was incredibly responsive and kept us informed of any updates, always professional, willing to help and friendly. Unfortunately our house sale fell through, but Liam turned things around very quickly, got the house back on the market and we sold it again the following week. Thanks to Phillip as well who helped with the sale - very friendly, responsive and ensured things ran smoothly. We were so pleased with the way Tristram’s had handled our sale that we also decided to purchase our new property with them too. Overall, great experience selling and buying with the team! EDIT: After having rented with Tristram's over the last month, i have continued to have nothing but good experiences! I have had a few maintenance problems but Chloe has been great at arranging for them to be fixed promptly and has been really understanding throughout. Everyone I've spoken to at Tristram’s has been really friendly! Tristram’s have been amazing throughout our moving process with Nicola being incredible! Nicola was always professional, extremely friendly, personable and responsive. She showed us round our (now) property a number of times and was more than happy to answer questions and queries we had and went above and beyond to find out extra information about the property which had not been provided. Fraudulent letting agent. I rented an apartment from Tristram's having had a video viewing and was told the apartment would be unfurnished. When I arrived, I found the apartment was furnished with very old, dirty furniture which had a ton of mold. Then upon calling them, I am told this was a let only and I should contact the landlord. Tristram's also changed the contract multiple times during their process using "Goodlord" online software from assured to let only. They first sent a draft for an assured contract, then they changed it 4 times after having paid the deposit. This is in addition that the apartment also did not meet its energy certificate, due to leaky windows, high humidity, damp walls and leaking roof. I saw their agents showing this rental apartment, while blatantly not telling the viewers anything about an apartment that is basically not fit for living. Absolutely disgraceful! avoid at all costs and be very careful.

However Aimee Limb who has been recently aquainted by tristams has done a superb job and has responded diligently on emails genuinly the best they have had so far and is always willing to help. Today, they put a letter through my door saying the house had been withdrawn from sale 6 months ago without completing a sale. Clearly this company has no clue as I bought this house a month ago! Absolutely bizarre.

What more can I say about Tristam's Lettings apart from they are simply fantastic! Definitely the best letting agents I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. You are not just another tenant to them like so many other agents out there. They genuinely care about you and the property you are in. Nothing is ever too much and they get back to you super speedy as well. James, Lizzie and the team are the greatest and if I was to ever need to rent again or even let a property I know exactly where I would be going without a doubt.
