GoogleMy experience with Alex was great. Sometimes the application process for properties can be very overwhelmed due to lack of initiative and quick response from agents but Alex was totally the opposite. He gave me a lot of reassurance and was able to preform his job with total efficient.

GoogleJames was so helpful in our house search. After our rental fell through he found us two more houses to look at that were both perfect for our requirements - we felt that he really listened to what we wanted, rather than just showing us the first thing that came on the market. From that point onwards, we dealt with Lizzie who has also provided a faultless service, answering our queries well outside of working hours and providing a personal and very friendly service. Overall Tristrams made what could have been a really stressful move over Christmas and New Year very easy and I would definitely recommend.

GoogleI tried to book a viewing for the property in Nottingham. The Agency has offered only one slot, in my working hours. I tried to book one at a more convenient time, so I do not have to risk my employment, but there was no such possibility. No flexibility whatsoever. Cannot wait for the Renters' Rights Bill to arrive. Terrible attitude towards customers.

Googlebeen finding a house for my second year at university and Luke has been nothing but helpful and patient. He answered all our questions (sometimes more than once) and has been friendly and replied back straight away. made the whole process as stress free as possible. :)

FacebookDuring the tenancy, Tristrams regularly came to the property without giving us advance notice. When I challenged them on this and asked them to let us know, the guy on the phone said, 'it's effort though, isn't it?' They also handed out our personal numbers to contractors without telling us They seem to get consistently good reviews because they harrass people into reviewing before the tenancy has started, but they flagrantly break tenancy rules constantly Avoid them

GoogleJust recently completed on owning our own home and all thanks to Jesse Charles it was a smooth sale and he did everything to ensure things was in place and we was going to make the completion date. He was always willing to help and give advice. I really recommend Tristrams and Jesse as they are a brilliant company and do everything possible to help.
