I’d like to say a big thank you to Lizzie for all her help with my tenancy. Although she is new to the team, she was friendly, approachable and very helpful throughout. After some issues earlier in the process, Lizzie really helped to get things back on track. She took the time to understand my concerns, kept me updated and followed things through properly. I really appreciated how responsive and reassuring she was, especially while getting up to speed in a new role. It was a pleasure dealing with Lizzie, and she’s already a real credit to the team. Never heard of Tristrams, but boy, so relieved i brought a property through them.. Had a somewhat subpar experience with a member of staff on an ongoing query. Which led me to leave a review. I was called the next day by Nicole to ask for feedback and offer apologies. She later got stuck into my query and is currently overseeing it to ensure it resolves as it should. The way this has been handled by Nicole was nothing short of fantastic customer service, so much so my previous 1 star experience is now a 5 star one. We are all human, we all have an off day. Outstanding service. I used Tristram’s for the sale of my grandmothers house as I was acting as executor. Not being local, I was unsure of which estate agents to go with, but within minutes of meeting Liam from Tristram’s, I knew this was the right one. His local knowledge was outstanding. Ongoing contact with Talia and Kirsten was again exceptional. I still remember when after moving in on Feb 2019 I was repainting the smallest bedroom, while together with my then girlfriend (now my wife) then I thought 'I would like to our first baby having this bedroom as a first one in their life".
