GoogleAVOID!! HORRIBLE AGENCY!!! Jessica Castledine is the MOST RUDEST and most UNPROFESSIONAL tenancy manager we have ever known!!!!! We rented a house from this agency for a few years and never had any problems until Jessica became our tenancy manager - the amount of problems and stress she has caused us simply because she had a personal hatred towards us was unbelievable. When we raised a complaint against her we heard nothing back - the agency does not care. Emails not getting answered, complaints neglected and not taken seriously. The agency is never supportive of tenants either, they only act in the interest of landlord. WOUDL NOT RECOMMEND RENTING WITH THEM, AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!! Disgusting service!!!!!!!

GoogleI have just sold my house with Tristrams and would have no hesitation in recommending them. The staff at Tristrams, in particular Talia, Kirsten and Liam; were friendly, helpful and professional throughout. They always responded promptly to any enquiries I had, always kept me up to date and never made me feel like any of the questions I had were silly. They helped me to chase solicitors from all parts of the chain to push completion along towards the end of the sale. They made me feel like they understood how stressful moving house can be and that they cared enough to try and eliminate as much of that stress as they could for me and I really appreciated that.

FacebookRenting a property from Tristams has been so easy with my tenancy manager Shania. She's wonderful. There's been alot to do in this property and she's always been quick to sort what I need and very understanding as well as kind. I don't often like to say when things are wrong due to having anxiety but Shania makes it very easy and makes me feel comfortable enough to come to her with anything.

Google*DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES RENT FROM 18 PREMIER ROAD* the landlord was totally incompetent and failed to sort out the countless issues we experienced whilst living in this house in a timely manner. We have waited 4 months for a final decision on our deposit, this was taken to the DPS where the landlord scammed all tenants out of their deposits. Tristrams were also very unhelpful and unprofessional in their ways.

GoogleHad Jordan show us around the place me and my friend were interested in. He was so lovely and attentive to our questions and concerns. He even asked the current tenant how living at the place was! Really cared about our thoughts and input and even gave suggestions and advice. Cora was also really helpful with the check ins and asking me how the viewing went and how I found it. She send me an email immediately after calling me so that I could secure the place. 10/10 would deffo recommend for students as well ☺️.

GoogleThis matter has now been dealt with, and I appreciate the prompt and professional manner in which Tristrams responded to it. We were due to move into a property only to be told one week before that we can’t as the tenants have now decided not to leave AND the landlord had died, this was really bad luck and timing for us at this point our entire house was packed to go, given work notice and was ready to go (this was a 100+ mile move to another city) Tristram made a good effort to find another property for us however this property had only 5 photos and I asked several times for videos of the property and more photos as living over 100 miles away with a newborn and young child I couldn’t get there to view it. I was promised videos and photos which I never received, but was satisfied with the 5 photos on the website and planned to view it as soon as we were able too. The property wasn’t available for a couple of weeks but we had already given notice to leave our current property so we had to leave. We had to put our stuff in storage and stayed in a friends room, I went to view the house and was really shocked as the the house looked nothing alike to the photos, the biggest issue being the garden as it was a safety hazard. There were no photos of this so called ‘garden’ on the website or provided to me so this was the first time I saw it, I immediately went to Tristams and told them it was unsuitable and unsafe and I would not be moving in and that they need to find me another more suitable property. I was told if I want another property we now have to re apply and be re referenced which wasn’t possible as since my partner gave notice at his old job to move to the first house he wouldn’t have a work reference so we wouldn’t be accepted anywhere. They sent back the deposit money after deducting £200 from it and I was told I should’ve viewed it before hand despite explaining my circumstances multiple times I can’t do that living 100+ miles away with no transport etc and asked for photos and videos multiple times. However now after speaking to a member of the team now 2 months later I can confirm these funds have now been returned to me in full, received an apology and staff will be spoken to, to ensure that something like this doesn’t happen again. I am happy with the way this was dealt with.

GoogleEveryone I have dealt with at Tristram's has been excellent with speedy responses, first class service and a thorough approach. I looked at a number of agents before I chose them and I haven't been disappointed. I utilised their services for letting a property for 12 months and am just about to sell the property with them. They've been consistently helpful and proactive and particularly thanks to Julia, Shania, Liam and Talia.

GoogleLiam and Talia were both amazing throughout the process of selling our house from start to finish! Liam did a great job valuing our property, explaining the process and getting us listed. Very knowledgeable about property, provided us with reports and documents to consider our next options. Talia dealt with getting viewers of our property booked in, changing tact when things went a bit quiet after Christmas, and ultimately led to a relatively quick sale, moving to completion super quickly too, I expect partly due to her responsiveness between the solicitors and the buyers. Getting a hold of either Liam or Talia has been easy throughout the process, and they have always delivered on what has been asked and taken our thoughts into consideration right from valuation, listing and to now. We actually rented our first property through Tristrams over 6 years ago, and it's nice to know the service has been consistent and well-managed for all these years. Highly recommend, and thanks both Liam and Talia!

FacebookI recommend Tristram’s solely on the basis of having a direct contact with a tenancy manager. Shania Liburd has been super helpful with any discrepancies whilst renting, when we have been unable to contact partner companies, when there have been issues within the property itself and keeping us up to date with things.

GoogleWe have received an excellent service from Tristram’s whole team in selling our house, from the moment of valuation till the completion. The whole team was super professional, polite, reliable, and approachable with us every step of the way. Kirsten was outstanding throughout the process. It was a very sensitive sale with lots of twists and turns at every step. Her professionalism and knowledge kept the momentum of the sale going forward till the end. She went above and beyond to provide the support. We can not thank her enough, and completion would not have been possible without her.
