GoogleWe can’t thank Liam K enough for his help, he really went above and beyond to support us when we rang up to enquire about buy to let’s and HMOs in the area, as we are not local to Nottingham. His extensive knowledge, detailed responses and proactive thinking have been invaluable to our research and understanding of the market, as well as everything there is to know from a landlords perspective. He truly is an amazing asset to the agency, and by far the most knowledgeable and trustworthy person we have spoken to in this field. GoogleReally bad experience with Tristrams. There were a few properties that I was interested in viewing, however tristrams would only offer zoom viewings. This wouldn’t be that much of an issue, however zoom links were never emailed over and I was never contacted. Such a waste of time when you have cleared your afternoon to view 3 different properties over zoom. The one property I did get to see in person was terrible. The lad showing us around was great but he was late. I had to call Tristrams after 10 minutes of waiting outside the property in the rain. Eventually he turned up with another couple, so I assume they thought they would join our viewings together? Again, fine, but no heads up of a change of time or that the viewing would be in a group is not professional at all. Once we went into the property the key for the room to let was not there. A tenant in the house had to tell us that one of the other Tristrams workers had taken it a couple of days before. Again, very unorganised and unprofessional and a big waste of everyone’s time. We then went to look at the communal areas and walked to the ‘living room’ (a room with nothing in it in a ‘furnished’ property) and found that the floor was flooded with water. The overall condition of the house was shocking. Wall paper hanging off the walls, paint marks on the carpets, dust absolutely everywhere. The room they eventually showed us to (not the one for let?) was terrible and nothing like what was being advertised. The light didn’t work so one of the other people viewing had to put his phone torch on for us. The room was honestly terrible and the en suite was disgusting, shower doors were hanging off and it was just generally filthy. As I’ve seen from the other reviews, it seems that Tristrams make people write positive reviews for them when submitting their tenancy applications. I was shocked when I saw an overall 4* rating for this company, but I guess this would explain it.

GoogleFeedback about tristram's . First time we are renting a property in UK as first visit of us. Good thing We almost stayed for 2 years. Any kind of maintenance the Tristram agency(location derby) used to solve it but any very fast! Especially our tenancy manager was Georgia was very kind. When we left the property before the agreement expired (genuine reason) Georgia took time to understand the landlord and because of her without any extra money we were able to change. Also my landlord was very kind person never changed any rent for almost 2 years (in today;'s market inflation), thank you very much sir!. Bad thing The agency don't work on Saturday/Sunday if any issues on weekends then we might need to wait till business days but this is common across all agency! so can't blame them. Overall we are very much satisfied and thankful to the agency (Special thanks Georgia!) and the landlord.

GoogleWould just like to say Tristrams have been so professional and gone that extra mile to ensure our daughters have found a wonderful rented property whilst they are at uni ! They have previously had a dreadful experience in a damp and mouldy rental and we are so excited and relieved that they can be happy and comfortable . Special mention to Grace and Cora that have answered every one of my questions via r mail and on phone - no question was too small !! These girls deserve a rise !! Thanks so much we are so pleased. GoogleMy Mother recently passed away and I chose Tristrams to manage the sale of the property on a bit of a random basis as their offices were on the route I took from my house to my late Mother's. I am glad that I made that decision as the customer service I received was some of the best I have experienced. From the outset my sensitive sale circumstances were treated with respect and understanding by Liam who provided me with a professional overview of the market and the likely outcomes for my sale, which were achieved. Liam also recommended use of the advanced sale process which I utilised and which removed any uncertainty from the process. Talia handled the sales negotiations with diligence and kept me fully informed of developments. Her communication with me was excellent and she had the best telephone manner that I have encountered. PJ was very personable and dealt with viewings effectively. Tristrams provided me with a highly professional service and all interactions with their staff were pleasant. Tristrams did what they said they would do for me and delivered. For all these reasons I would thoroughly recommend Tristrams.

GoogleTristram’s have been a pleasure to help secure an apartment for me and my partner to let. We originally went to view a different property with Alex but due to circumstances out of his control, we were actually unable to view this as the landlord had decided to let out the property and not inform Tristrams at all, Alex however recommended a different property in the same area that had just come up so me and my partner decided to book a viewing for the very next day. We went to view the apartment and found it to be the perfect size for the two of us and had that “this is the place” moment. After viewing we contacted Alex and he helped us secure it that very same day with the landlord. Couldn’t recommend Tristrams or Alex enough! :)

He pitched me well to the Landlady and she accepted my application. Ellie was my go to if ever I needed any help or support during the initial process and both agents were always on hand. GoogleI have been looking recently for suitable rented accommodation to move from Bristol to Nottingham. I made an initial enquiry re applying for a property and the follow up by Luke at Tristrams has been excellent. I was sent a video tour of the property, invited to view it and kept informed via phone, email and text. I was so impressed I rang him back which I wouldn't normally do and after a brief and efficient chat about what I'm looking for and the timeframe I will look at any properties he sends me in future. GoogleRented the property for years with no end of issues and little to non support from the original Estate agents made to feel like we were trouble tenants. Tristrams took over and within months all the issues had been resolved. Information was provided every step of the way and we was made to feel like we could approach them with any issues. Our property manager Binta went above and beyond in making sure any issue was reported to the landlord and was fixed within a fast time frame. Can't thank her enough and wish everyone the best at Tristrams.

GoogleSince Tristrams became the letting agent for my property I have dealt with a few, very competent employees there, but since I have been allocated a single point of contact (Georgia Boot) I could not be happier. In the 5 years that I have been letting property through an agent I have not come across a tenancy manager as professional and so on the ball, quick and efficient to respond to any issue, easy or more problematic, than Georgia is.

GoogleChloe and Talia were fantastic on the sale of my property . Always kept me informed and were such a pleasure to deal with. They had positive energy and are a credit to their company ! Letting side Liam , Tom and Charlie are amazing to deal with and go above and beyond . As a landlord I have to say it’s such a breath of fresh air not to worry and stress and know that everyone at Tristiams has my back especially with me not being close to my properties . GoogleUpdate: I've now also had the pleasure of working with Ashley, Sr Tennancy Manager, and he has been amazing. From small questions to getting a plumber to come same day, Ashley is always kind and patient. He's a rockstar. Ellie has been my lighthouse. She has been so very helpful, responsive, understanding and quick to act. The other agent I dealt with (Alex) was also wonderful but Ellie went above and beyond in the face of my extreme moving stress.

GoogleI had the best experience with Tristram's. Got an interest with a property at Strelley, but unfortunately I missed on it. However, Luke followed up with me, kept sending me available houses that would fit my budget, and finally helped me secure an amazingly good house in Ruddington. He negotiated for me with the landlord and soon the let was agreed. The viewing was arranged at my convenience. Luke is really a star. I really appreciated him! The process swift and I was happy with how everything is done online. All the other staff who were involved in the process were really swift, fast and professional. I would not hesitate to recommend Tristram's!

GoogleI have used Tristram's services and it was an absolute pleasure to have thier services. Luke and Cora have been particularly fantastic, very professional and cooperative. I have a long experience with estate agents and i found them both did exceptionally good and that's why I decided to write this review. Both have respect for the customer, and always having that genuine smile on thier faces. They accomplished everything for us so so quickly-- like honestly none of our friends and family actually believed in how quickly we got into our new home. Most importantly they kept us assured and updated throughout the tenancy process which minimised our stress. Thanks Luke and Cora, and I highly recommend Tristram's services.

I have been very impressed since our very initial communication due to Daisy's punctuality, knowledge and willingness to help. Very quick responses via email, great professional photographs, listed the property quickly and found great tenants within days. Having changed managing agent due to poor level of service previously, I have been delighted with the work Tristrams have done so far. Charlie is extremely professional and Ellie in the lettings team has done a great job of getting the property let smoothly and efficiently. Ellie has also been fantastic at keeping us updated with the progress of the property and it's letting. Would recommend!

GoogleVery disappointed to make a four hour round trip with my daughter to view a student let property on City Road in Beeston, only to get a phone call from Tristrams whilst stood outside the house, to be told the viewing was cancelled and we would have to reschedule. This was despite getting a call earlier in the day from Tristrams to confirm the viewing. I won’t make any other comment about Tristrams, as it is the only interaction I’ve had with them, but this was an expensive waste of time for my daughter and I.
Good morning, I have tried to reach out to you; however, I understand you did not want to discuss this matter. I wish to add some context to the situation though, as you are aware the tenants contacted us & refused to allow us access to the property to conduct the viewing at the last minute. We even tried to get the accompaniment of the landlord but this wasn’t possible. Whilst I admit it is extremely inconvenient for you to have wasted your time, the matter was out of our hands. GoogleTristrams is commendable! Luke sent me a list of houses they had for let and soon as I settled with the one that suited me most, he negotiated with my landlord and my application was accepted. Ellie was so swift with documentation and everything was done online which hastened the whole process and after just a week, I had moved in to my new residence. Big up to both Luke and Ellie, you are truly stars!
