Have been using Tristrams for a number of years now and very happy with the standard of service received. I am always kept well informed about what is happening with my properties. Their fees and maintenance charges are reasonable and issues are dealt with quickly and efficiently. James and Liam are always on hand to give sensible advice about rental values and long term strategy issues, and in the office, Julia, Charlotte and Chloe in particular are always very helpful with respect to day to day issues. They are an independently run letting agency that offers a personal and honest service to both landlords and tenants. I am so impressed by Adam and his absolute impeccable efficient friendly professionalism. He is helpful and has a genuine human compassion for the need to find a place for my daughter to live. So apparently they have not received my application for a property even though I sent it the day of the viewing!! Then I contact them 2 additional times to find out how our application was progress to be told a decision has not been made. Then we receive a call today asking why we hadn’t put an application in and that the property has now gone!!! Some proper Mickey Mouse operations out there and extremely poor service by Tristams in Stapleford Nottingham. I would advice all to avoid this company like the plague.

Very happy with the service we have had from Tristrams when selling our house. Both Liam and Talia have been friendly and helpful especially when things got a bit stressful. Talia also went above and beyond by speaking with us in her own time at 9pm one evening when we had an issue with our buyer. Would definitely recommend them.

Tristram's came in and helped us when our sale fell through and the other Estate agent were unhelpful to say the least. Dale came round the following day and got our house up on the market by the next morning. Everyone at Tristram's were beyond helpful and extremely good at communicating which gave us the reassurance we needed that they would sell our house quickly. Our house sold within the month and we were so happy with them that going forward we will always use them and highly recommend everyone else use them as well. Thank you to everyone at Tristrams.

We have just completed our house purchase through Tristram's and were impressed with their services- very personable staff, always at hand with updates. Never had any issues getting replies to our emails. Liam in particular has been very helpful- from the Saturday viewing through passing the happy news of our offer being accepted to handing us the keys. He also referred us to solicitors which saved us time researching who to go with to acquire the property. Being first time buyers we really appreciated his calm and collected manner. We even got to meet the sellers and see the house twice more after the initial viewing! A very happy experience indeed.
