Talia, who led the sale, provided quick and accurate answers to any questions posed. Her positive and friendly nature is just what you need when dealing with house sales/purchases. GoogleAfter finding the house we really liked online, we contacted Tristams and completed their simple questionnaire. Within the hour we got a call and an email about viewing the property. Fortunately we got a viewing the next day. The viewing was friendly and we were made to feel comfortable from the minute we stepped in. We rang to get the application put in on the Saturday and by the Tuesday we were accepted subject to references. This has been the most simple, straight forward move ever experienced! GoogleI just want to share the experience we have had in our dealings with Tristram's in the sale of our property. Liam kavanagh came to value the flat and gave us sensible advice and guidance on the best way to achieve a successful sale. He followed this through with frequent communication which demonstrated his genuine commitment to selling the flat. He is very knowledgeable in the local property market and made the most of a variety of ways to promote the property Once the flat was on the market we then received regular weekly updates from the office based staff which gave us the opportunity to discuss and consider the different options when we didn't seem to be getting much interest. We were very pleased with Talia who conducted a viewing on our behalf, she was quick to give us feedback and to negotiate the best price. Tristram's have made the process of selling a property as easy as it could possibly be, there has never been any difficulty getting them on the phone and speaking to the person we wanted. They have treated us respectfully and made us feel comfortable to contact them at any time. Hopefully this sale goes through but if not I have no doubt that the team at Tristram's will get a sale for us, on a property which has limitations on who can buy it. Sandra Reid

GoogleMy experiences with Tristram's have been rather pleasant. The letting agent, Tom, who accompanied me to the viewings was friendly, honest and genuine; I really appreciated him! Only a few hours after completing an application form, I got a call from Luke to discuss my application. He promptly discussed it with the landlady and I was able to move into the new property within 10 days. The whole process was rather smooth and all paperwork and referencing were taken care of online which suited me as I did not live locally. In short, I would certainly recommend Tristram's!

GoogleBrilliant service from Tristram's so far, I hadn't heard of them previous to me putting my house on the market but Liam Kavanagh knew his stuff, he came very prepared for the valuation and let's just say that was it compared to the other valuations I had done. Talia Dovey then done the viewings on my behalf and everything was followed through in regards to offers and feedback, it all moved really quickly. I would highly recommend Tristram's

GoogleHaving just moved into UK for a week time, my wife and I love a property in first sight which is intorduced by Tristram's. Letting agent, FON is helpful and she always maintain courteous manner to explain since we are new to UK's tenancy agreement. She could also respond promptly for coordinating needs between the landlord and us. It's a pleasant experience of property arrangement in UK for us at a first instance.

FacebookReview Be very careful using this agency. We viewed a property and were 1 of only 2 applicants (which was sold to us as ‘a huge amount’) to then be strung out day after day, for over a week, to then be turned down One time we called for an update and were told the agent dealing with the property had COVID and wasn’t in the office so we’d need to wait an extra week, to then find out he was in the office and had scheduled more viewings - but was insistent that the landlord hadn’t rejected us. A promise of “I’ll call you back today” never materialised and after another call this morning we filling out we weren’t getting the property. Great way to treat potential customers and to use COVID as an excuse is disgraceful considering the current climate. So be very careful using this estate agency as they are far from transparent with you.

GoogleTristram's came in and helped us when our sale fell through and the other Estate agent were unhelpful to say the least. Dale came round the following day and got our house up on the market by the next morning. Everyone at Tristram's were beyond helpful and extremely good at communicating which gave us the reassurance we needed that they would sell our house quickly. Our house sold within the month and we were so happy with them that going forward we will always use them and highly recommend everyone else use them as well. Thank you to everyone at Tristrams.

You really get the sense that they want to help you find the right property. They are professional and respond quickly and efficiently to any problems I have, I feel that they actually care about their tenants! Chloe in particular has been great in making sure everything goes to plan and being a great point of contact between myself and the landlord! Would highly recommend :)

Their fees and maintenance charges are reasonable and issues are dealt with quickly and efficiently. James and Liam are always on hand to give sensible advice about rental values and long term strategy issues, and in the office, Julia, Charlotte and Chloe in particular are always very helpful with respect to day to day issues. They are an independently run letting agency that offers a personal and honest service to both landlords and tenants.
