GoogleLuke at Tristram's has handled most of my rental, from the point at which I initially applied for the rental property. He's been responsive whenever I've called or emailed him, and although there was an initial error with the property reservation form, when I notified him he resolved it straight away. Tristram's have so far been very good to deal with.

GoogleJordan, the estate agent, was very helpful showing us a property, he was knowledgeable and professional throughout. He also made the most of what was present at the property looking at its potential. Tristam’s in general were also efficient and friendly when booking this viewing.

GoogleTristrams have been fantastic throughout my tenancy. Always giving me plenty of advance notice of any boiler checks / alarm checks etc. Staff all seem happy in their jobs and are super friendly. The monthly offers are an added bonus :)

GoogleExcellent service from Tristram’s, who were able to help us through the difficult time of a probate sale from start to finish. Talia coordinated the viewings, offers and sale progress whilst keeping us informed throughout the entire process. Highly recommended and I wouldn’t hesitate to use Tristram’s again.

GoogleI have just come to the end of my tenancy with Tristram's, and reflecting on my time with them, I really do think it could not have been any better. Their service is excellent, their staff are all really friendly, every time I have had a problem they have been quick to communicate and resolve. I have rented many properties in the past through many agencies, and without a doubt Tristram's have been the best. Highly recommended.

GoogleWere professional and easy to contact throughout. However, when it came to move in day we were not contacted regarding picking up keys (even when all was clear to go) and we had to chase up repeatedly. I would say this was likely a one off occasion and other than that service was good.
