The service is personal, helpful and very friendly. They always respond quickly to any issues and communicate with us very well. I would highly recommend them and already have done to a friend of mine. Fantastic service, thank you for looking after our properties.

FacebookShocking customer service. Turned up to a viewing (with person from Tristrams), tenant not expecting us and refused entry. I was promised a call the following morning first thing to rearrange. Nothing. Rang them, someone 'thinks it's let' - but no one available to discuss as short staffed. Don't waste your time.

Charlotte Sweeney and Katie Lines-Davies provide a very professional and efficient service and always return my emails very promptly. With very competitive monthly fees to manage and a very friendly efficient service I can highly recommend their service.
