Hello! Very nice to meet you, we're EweMove Beeston. Let me introduce myself. I'm James Roberts. I'm a founder member of EweMove Beeston, you might recongise me from multiple episodes of the BBC's 'Homes Under The Hammer.' I love my job, and it really shows. I love the feeling of helping people find their dream home. There's really nothing better. Although we're super professional, we don't take ourselves too seriously and our refreshing approach to customer service and Estate Agency has gone down a treat with the good people of Beeston. I've even been nominated as one of the industry's 'rising stars' at the prestigious Negotiator Awards. We've been in business for some years now, and in that time we've built up our team full of passionate and friendly people. GoogleWe had great service from James at Ewemove who really went the extra mile for us. Everything from the initial meeting, the listing, and throughout the sales was high quality, professional, and good value for money. We had struggled to sell with a competitor initially before switching to Ewemove but James found us a buyer within weeks through creating superior content and marketing the house in the right way. He showed a genuine caring and knowledgeable approach and did every viewing himself before keeping us informed throughout the whole process. A really first class experience I cannot recommend highly enough

GoogleI've recently sold my property through Ewemove at long eaton and can honestly say what a pleasant experience it was. Diane and Jordan have been absolutely fantastic though out the process, communication as also been fantastic, you really can't ask for more. do not hesitate in contacting Ewemove. i'm very really satisfied with any service or product i purchase. just one of those fussy people but ewemove just blew me away. 100% satisfied and will recommend to anyone looking to sell there home. GoogleWhen it came to choosing a suitable estate agent, EweMove stood out by a mile. The agent came and explained what the selling process would entail and how a speedy sale could be encouraged. No gimmicks, no ploys - just decent, professional, friendly and honest people working to ensure the stress is kept to a minimum. The photos of the property were incredible, the property description was very eye catching. When the survey report rolled in after selling, expert advice was on hand to try and ensure everything was kept in healthy perspective and the sale wasn't threatened by trivia. The support never waned throughout the whole process and nothing was too much trouble. At what is an incredibly stressful time, it's good to know you have team on your side who care and support you as much as this team does.

GoogleOur house had been on the market for 3 months with a local agent with only a couple of viewings during this time. Unhappy with this, we contacted EweMove, having been recommended them by friends. We were very impressed with James' knowledge and professionalism. We felt able to discuss any matter with him, and he was always on hand to help and to answer questions. The house was very well marketed with professional photos, and communication throughout the whole process was excellent. The whole process was made very easy from start to finish, and it was great not having to do any viewings ourselves! After a flurry of viewings, the house sold in a matter of months, and with Diane's help during after sales, the end process went smoothly. GoogleBought a property in July, was hounded almost every other day as the sale of my property had some delays, needless to say this was annoying to say the least and total lack of acknowledgment when I went to collect keys. Wouldn’t use again

GoogleI'd heard that Ewemove were good, but they exceeded all expectations. Matthew Haynes explained everything clearly, showed what service Ewemove could offer (best on the market!) and kept in touch all the time. He got an offer for the asking price from the first viewer! Would highly recommend as Matthew deliverd a first class service

GoogleI had a very positive experience when using Ewemove to sell my late father's house. The team are all friendly , but professional. Will handled the sale initially, taking good photos and creating a good description (with no spelling mistakes as you see on many other property details from other agents) and getting the house on the market very promptly. Will handled all the viewings, keeping me regularly updated by phone with viewers feedback. I also received a weekly email update. Once a sale had been agreed, Diane worked very hard chasing solicitors, estate agents and the buyers to ensure the sale progressed. I would certainly use them again.

GoogleI found ewemove and James absolutely brilliant. Nothing was an issue with them and james was perfect. I cant recommend ewemove and james enough. If ever I move back to sawley or long Eaton I wont hesitate to contact them. They have sold my house and also sorted me rented accommodation and both times were perfect. If your looking to buy sell or rent please do yourself a massive favour and go see james at ewemove. 100% graduated satisfaction. Perfect service, very friendly staff, nothing is an issue for them and they take all the stress off you as a buyer or seller.

GoogleTried to book a viewing with them on Thursday evening. The person doing the viewing did not turn up so I had to call he office. Called the office, got sent the guy's phone number. After calling him I was told the viewing wasn't in his calendar and that he had already left the property. Asked me if I'd like to reschedule, I said yes and he agreed to call me the next day. He didn't. If they can't manage a viewing, how could they manage flat rental??

GoogleLili Wickstead from EweMove received offers on our house within 24hrs of it being in the market. Fantastic service prior to putting the house on the market and all the way through the sale. Class communication throughout and very knowledgeable. Hopefully we never have to move home again but if we do we know who we need to use again 🏡 !
