Faultless, responsive, good value and completely stress-free. We are absolutely thrilled that we chose EweMove. From start to finish, the whole process of selling our property was exceptionally well managed, professional and, most importantly, stress-free. We dealt with Danni, Lara, Hollie and Diane, who were all fantastic. They set up a dedicated WhatsApp group, which made communication incredibly quick and effective. Everyone was responsive, professional and polite throughout. Danni was excellent from the very beginning. Being local, she had a great understanding of the area, comparable properties and the nuances of the market. She gave us a very appropriate valuation estimate, which turned out to be exactly what the property ultimately sold for. The valuation consultation was very organised and professional, particularly compared with the two other estate agents we also met. Communication with Danni was always easy, and she gave us excellent advice around pricing strategy. We discussed a few different approaches before settling on one that suited us and was also recommended by her, and we essentially achieved the price we had been hoping for. Lara handled the photography and marketing brilliantly. The photographs, brochure and online listing were excellent, and she also conducted the viewings with prospective buyers. We were easily able to suggest edits to the draft listing, which were dealt with promptly. Diane wasn't part of the WhatsApp group, but she was incredibly responsive by email. She kept a close eye on the progress of the sale and proactively chased reports when needed, which was really reassuring. The speed of the whole process was particularly impressive: 📍 Valuation: 18/05/26 📍 Instructed: 19/05/26 📍 Photography: 27/05/26 📍 Viewings & multiple offers: 06/06/26 📍 Offer accepted / Sold STC: 10/06/26 📍 Completion: 11/09/26 We also used Rothera Bray as our solicitors, while the buyers used Negus, and we felt this contributed to the particularly smooth and fast turnaround. I'd highly recommend the EweMove team. They provided excellent service, achieved the price we wanted and made what can often be a very stressful process feel remarkably straightforward. Had dealings with James from Ewe move a couple of years ago regarding potentially buying a property they had listed. The property purchase didn’t quite work out for us due to personal circumstances but we decided to go with Ewe Move to sell our house as James was so patient and professional in the first place, and we were not disappointed as we sold the house within 24 hours of going to market and the whole process was completely painless and smooth running with fantastic communication from both James and the team! Ewe Move came recommended after a bad experience with another agent. I was really impressed with the advice. Their reports on how your property is performing are excellent and detailed (and having had reports from other agents in the past, these far excel). I was given straight forward and strategic advice throughout the sales process. There was also a bit of change over in the team but I was called immediately and felt on safe hands throughout the process. I just wish I had gone with them from Day 1! Wow, EweMove really blew it out the water. Just recently sold my first property using them. Cannot comprehend how good they were. We had a valuation completed by several people and instantly knew Danni at EweMove knew what she was doing. So positive, showed us property in the area same as ours, what they went for and what ours was worth. Spent an hour comparing, showing stats etc. Once on the market, sent us Rightmove stats, how many people were viewing, clicking on the link and scrolling, did trendy TikTok videos. She even had a WhatsApp group to keep us informed of viewings (which they do), so so so impressed. Then once the offer was excepted, all the legal stuff was dealt with Diane. Absolutely amazing, so responsive. Went above and beyond, chasing buyers solicitors for info, keep me up to date and was just generally fantastic. 100% recommend this company in Beeston to sell your house, I will be telling any of my friends and family to use this company. Team of unprofessional people !!! It was the worst experience with this agency. Hollie Daws (Property Marketing Consultant) who showed me the property had no interest in showing it. She just stood in the hall, and if I had any query, I had to ask loudly so that she could hear me and even after that she didn't know anything about the property. I put an offer , and I called them to get an update and lastly, they said it was sold before four days . If it was sold , why were they (Hollie Daws) for documents from me ? And they are not bothered to even inform you if it's gone . I will not do any further viewing from this agency anymore.
