Hello! Very nice to meet you, we're EweMove Beeston. Let me introduce myself. I'm James Roberts. I'm a founder member of EweMove Beeston, you might recongise me from multiple episodes of the BBC's 'Homes Under The Hammer.' I love my job, and it really shows. I love the feeling of helping people find their dream home. There's really nothing better. Although we're super professional, we don't take ourselves too seriously and our refreshing approach to customer service and Estate Agency has gone down a treat with the good people of Beeston. I've even been nominated as one of the industry's 'rising stars' at the prestigious Negotiator Awards. We've been in business for some years now, and in that time we've built up our team full of passionate and friendly people. Each of us are dedicated to making sure your home moving journey is the best it can be.

GoogleLeah Dilks helped sell our house in Beeston Rylands this summer and was fantastic throughout the whole process. From initial valuation to arranging photographs, to having our house on the website, everything went smoothly and hassle free, as well as very quickly. Just a matter of days. Within just a few more days we had a couple dozen viewings, several great offers and had sold! The service from Ewemove before accepting an offer, all the way through to completion was perfect and Leah in particular was great to deal with. Friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Constantly checking in and pushing things forward for us and just an overall nice person to deal with during what can be a very stressful time. I cannot recommend Ewemove Beeston enough. We met Karly Myers at the property, she was so professional and friendly from start to finish and went out of her way for us to make sure we could see the property at a time that was best for us. She was quick to respond over the phone with any questions we had and always came back to us promptly with any updates. All of this has made buying a property a great experience for us. GoogleThese estate agents are a joke. They book viewings over two days and then tell you it has been sold already after you have travelled in to view the property. It's like having two days of interviews and taking the first person for the job without seeing other candidates for the position. You don't know who is best for the job without seeing every person. That's why you see everyone. This is just like seeing all the clients who might want to purchase the home for a better price. If I was selling my home I wouldn't use this firm. First in first price. Is that good for the vendor? Unprofessional .

GoogleFor reasons which don’t need to be stated on a review this was a very difficult and stressful time, I was selling as a executor. This is the 2nd time my wife and I have had to act as executor, and the difference with EweMove and the first was akin to being in another universe. I invited 4 estate agents to quote of which Leah from EweMove out shone by a very long way everyone else, in fact I was blown away with her approach and presentation. When the house went on the market it attracted a lot of interest and sold within hours. Due to Leah’s skills and open approach with the buyers the final offer exceeded expectations. When it’s not your own home that’s being sold you do need people you can trust to advise you. Leah and Diane looked after me exceptionally. I cannot thank you enough.
