Hello! Very nice to meet you, we're EweMove Beeston. Let me introduce myself. I'm James Roberts. I'm a founder member of EweMove Beeston, you might recongise me from multiple episodes of the BBC's 'Homes Under The Hammer.' I love my job, and it really shows. I love the feeling of helping people find their dream home. There's really nothing better. Although we're super professional, we don't take ourselves too seriously and our refreshing approach to customer service and Estate Agency has gone down a treat with the good people of Beeston. I've even been nominated as one of the industry's 'rising stars' at the prestigious Negotiator Awards. We've been in business for some years now, and in that time we've built up our team full of passionate and friendly people. Each of us are dedicated to making sure your home moving journey is the best it can be.

FacebookI recommend Ewemove as I received a good professional service from Will and Diane when selling my late father's house. Will handled the sale initially and took good photos' getting it on the market very quickly. He handled the viewings and updated me regularly by phone on viewing and feedback. Once a sale was agreed, Diane worked hard chasing solicitors, estate agents and the buyers to progress the sale. I would certainly use them again.

GoogleWe decided to go with Ewemove after viewing several houses they were selling. Since then, Jordan and EweMove have done a great job selling both my, and my partners houses over the past 12 months. Neither sale went through smoothly with both buyers pulling out (through no fault of Ewemove). Jordan did a great job of reassuring us, and managed to resell both properties within 4 days. Happy to recommend them.

GoogleAbsolutely awful experience as a landlord! Couldn't keep track of the keys to my property, didn't notice when my tenants didn't pay their rent, and ignored my emails for weeks. Very disappointing as they were taking a generous management fee, and I've received an awful service!

GoogleJust recently purchased a house through EweMove - the experience was quite daunting (being a FTB), but Ewemove were extremely helpful throughout and were attentive to all queries raised by my myself. I would highly recommend considering buying through Ewemove for others in a similar situation and cannot thank the Lon Eaton branch enough for their help!

GoogleWe purchased a property through EweMove and was looked after by Leah during the process. She was very contactable and kept in touch throughout the process. We were really happy with the way they dealt with things and would definitely consider using them in the future should we sell our house.

GoogleMultiple issues with property rental and unsatisfactory response times. Currently withholding deposit without specific reason. Recommend avoiding no matter how much you might like the property. Pictures of how they handed it over to us.

GoogleWanted to rent a property, didn’t need to view and happy to proceed. They then proceeded to credit check me which was then passed but proceeded to show property to other potential renters. No updates and kept in the dark then a week later I got a text saying “landlord picked someone else”. Absolutely shocking!

GoogleAll I can say is excellent service from start to finish. We found James just made the whole process effortless. I felt that our house was the only house he was selling. Also Diane in the office was always on hand with information and friendly updates on how it was progressing. I would not hesitate to recommend this estate agent and would always use in the future.

I received continuous support from James Roberts, who was always on hand to go support in viewings and advice. I couldn't recommend the team at EweMove Beeston enough. Fabulous friendly service and I will certainly use them again in the future.

His professionalism and expertise made the process of selling much easier and as a result the house only took 10 days to sell, he made it an enjoyable rather than stressful process and would recommend him to anyone.

We experienced a very smooth transition from when we first put in an offer to the day we received the keys.
