Hello! Very nice to meet you, we're EweMove Beeston. Let me introduce myself. I'm James Roberts. I'm a founder member of EweMove Beeston, you might recongise me from multiple episodes of the BBC's 'Homes Under The Hammer.' I love my job, and it really shows. I love the feeling of helping people find their dream home. There's really nothing better. Although we're super professional, we don't take ourselves too seriously and our refreshing approach to customer service and Estate Agency has gone down a treat with the good people of Beeston. I've even been nominated as one of the industry's 'rising stars' at the prestigious Negotiator Awards. We've been in business for some years now, and in that time we've built up our team full of passionate and friendly people. Each of us are dedicated to making sure your home moving journey is the best it can be.

After failing to sell after six months with another agent, I moved to EweMove; and I accepted an offer after three weeks. This was in the depths of winter, what a result! Great communication and dealt with every aspect of our sale and purchase, it was a lengthy process and they faced some tough challenges but made it happen in the timescale expected. FacebookI recently purchased my new home through Ewemove and I could not of asked for a better service! I dealt with Jordan who was very helpful during the sale process, he responded quickly to all my messages and assisted in any way he could to make the process run as smooth as possible. GoogleGreat bunch of people. David was a big hit with our eldest boy (4) so we knew he was the one that would put any future buyer at ease and sell our house! Diane in the office was always on hand, giving great advice and answering any questions we had. I'd use them again without doubt, if we move again in the future!

GoogleI have had my house rented by EweMove for a few years and then I sold the house via EweMove too. I have paid full amount for fully managed service for years, the fees he also increased which I didn’t oppose. However, I came across a very disappointing experience at the end of the tenancy and sale when I have realised that the inventory has not been completed properly whilst my house was rented as some of my expensive furniture was missing, the house was left in a mess with loads of rubbish that I had to clean up myself and on my expense. I asked for my house to be checked by the agent after the last tenant moved out as I had to come and remove my furniture before the house was sold. However, the agent, although having a few days to complete the check out, did not do so, and completed the check out when I was clearing out the property. Although I supplied pictures, The tenant has not been charged for missing furniture and leaving rubbish in the house. I have paid monthly fee without any hesitation as I was expecting the full service I paid for. However, at the end, and appears to be throughout, the service has been poor.

GoogleHi. I sold my house with another agent and then my partner and I sold her house with James at ewe move. Now the agent I used made me despise anyone claiming to be an estate agent to the point I’d throw up a middle finger every time I drove past an office. That’s till James came round to look at out place. An absolute pro in every way. Sold on the first viewing for over asking price. What a guy and what a team. I cannot recommend them enough. A special Thanks to the beautiful Diane who even when I got a bit mardi went above and beyond
