Hello! Very nice to meet you, we're EweMove Beeston. Let me introduce myself. I'm James Roberts. I'm a founder member of EweMove Beeston, you might recongise me from multiple episodes of the BBC's 'Homes Under The Hammer.' I love my job, and it really shows. I love the feeling of helping people find their dream home. There's really nothing better. Although we're super professional, we don't take ourselves too seriously and our refreshing approach to customer service and Estate Agency has gone down a treat with the good people of Beeston. I've even been nominated as one of the industry's 'rising stars' at the prestigious Negotiator Awards. We've been in business for some years now, and in that time we've built up our team full of passionate and friendly people. Each of us are dedicated to making sure your home moving journey is the best it can be.

Jordan was always at the other end of the phone to answer my many many questions and always responded quickly! Diane was a great help and kept us in the loop every step of the way. It was a smooth process from start to finish and we’d definitely recommend them to anybody!

GoogleAfter considering a couple of local estate agents we decided to go with EweMove because first impressions count and our initial valuation with Kate Atkin was conducted with courtesy and a ‘human touch’ which instilled confidence that the whole process would be dealt with professionally and yet with a personal service that made you feel like yours was the only property they were selling! The process is never easy but they sold our property within a matter of days rather than weeks and the whole team gave us the support and guidance we needed to steer us through what at times can be a difficult and stressful time.

GoogleWe had our property on the market with another estate agent and really struggling to sell. The viewings we were getting were time wasters and the whole situation became very stressful. After viewing a property through Ewe Move, we were so impressed that we decided to have a chat with James and switched our sale to them. Being 7 months pregnant we needed to have a sale quickly but at a good price. Within 2 weeks James has sold our property at a brilliant price. We couldn’t recommend them enough! The service was great and a stressful situation turned around into a very positive one. Thank you James and the team!

FacebookI decided to relocate to the Cumbria following the untimely death of my husband. We had lived in the same house for 30 years and so my knowledge of the housing market, estate agents and all the other paraphernalia that goes with buying and selling a house was woefully out of date, so I needed an Estate Agent who not only knew their stuff but would be empathetic to my situation. A friend had used EweMove recently and recommended them to me. I rang them and asked someone to come and value my house. Kate arrived and within 5 minutes I knew I had made the right choice. Kind, caring, sympathetic and knowledgeable, Kate talked me through the process, was very upfront about what I would need to do versus what EweMove would do, so by the time she left I had a very clear picture of the end to end process. I didn’t even bother getting a second or third estate agent round, there was absolutely no point. I signed the appropriate paperwork and we went ahead with the sale. Suffice to say my house sold within about 12 hours of going live on the website. It sold to first-time buyers for over the asking price. Kate went over and above for me. She filtered out time wasters, took calls from interested buyers at all times of the day and night, held viewings on a weekend when she had family commitments. Not only that but Kate spoke to an estate agent in Cumbria on my behalf about a property I was interested in to help me make a decision. Since the move she has kept in touch to check I am getting on okay. I could not have asked for a better experience and I am so glad I chose Ewe move and I have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone who is thinking of selling or buyingtheir home.

I was immediately impressed with James's professionalism, the info he shared with me for time scales and expected sale of purchase were 100% on the mark, arranging house viewings around mine and my 2 year old sons lifestyle were always considered and James always kept me up to date. I was over the moon the house sold in 8 days! Testimant to Jordans video and James sales ability. You made selling a house enjoyable! I would highly recommend Ewe Move if your considering moving house.

GoogleCant speak highly enough of Jordan and the team at EweMove, nothing was too much trouble & the professional listing had my property tenanted within 7 days! The service has only continued after the new tenant has moved in, with Jordan working any required contact around my busy work day so as not to inconvenience me! James in the Mortgages department also took time out to provide some extremely helpful impartial advice, so a big thank you to all. Would highly recommend to anyone & if there was a 6 star option I would've selected that!

GoogleWe would like to thank Jordan Tewson for all the help he provided whilst selling my mum's house, to say it was a challenge is an understatement. He went above and beyond to get it sold. He coped fantastically well with the most awkward and not particularly nice buyers. If you need an estate agent in the long Eaton and beeston area you won't go wrong with Jordan. James was absolutely brilliant from day one when going to view the property right through until the day we got our keys, he was so professional but also a genuine guy you can have a laugh with and bent over backwards to make sure we was in our home for when we intended to be. Diane was also great sorting out solicitors stuff and she was very prompt in getting back to us via emails and queries we had regarding anything, she also set a date and stuck to that date give or take which was excellent. GoogleEwemove have been very helpful and courteous in dealing with our house move. James has the energy and communication skills needed to get things moving. He is positive and enthusiastic, and even though we experienced some difficulties during the selling process, he helped to keep us on track and focused. Diane was also extremely helpful with advising us on progress at every stage and with chasing up matters with solicitors and other estate agents. We felt supported by a professional and friendly team. Moving house is a stressful time and we were very pleased with our choice of Estate Agent.

GoogleSadly we had to sell my mother-in-laws house recently, because she had to go into a care home due to her having dementia. However James from Ewemove has been absolutely fantastic and we could not have asked for a better Estate Agent! Before we met I had decided to go with another estate agent who understood that every penny from this sale counted, but after meeting James I knew he would get us the very the best price. He knew the area incredibly well, and has the lovely quality of having the gift of the gab. He sold the property in under a week, already having bookings booked in before the property even went live. GoogleProfessional experienced team. Following the passing of my father in-law the family ask Ewe move to to sell his property. After some challenging issue in regards to the structure of the property. The Ewe move team was able to find a specialist Buyer to get a mortgage on the property. From start to finish the Ewe move team kept us well informed and also stopped me pulling my hair out I would recommend Ewe move to any looking to sell a house.

As non-resident sellers there were more obstacles than usual for us, but Leah was always more than happy to help.
