A Fantastic and very straight forward move in into my first rental property. This being my first property I had not a lot of knowledge on what was required for the move in and the working / running of the flat. The Tailormade letting team staff Rachel Macritchie and Emily Humphreys who assisted me with move were very helpful with keeping me up to date with everything required for the move especially information on the general running of the flat. Any questions I had were answered in great detail by the let team, and I was made me feel very welcome to Tailormade. Buying a property was a little different, as we were asked to give criteria on what we were looking for and even though there were a few properties you were selling that met our criteria, nothing was ever sent our way to have a look at and we found the house ourselves. Would definitely use again but would probably just look for a house ourselves again.

TrustpilotI would not hesitate to recommend Tailormade Moves
I have 2 rental properties on full management with Tailormade Moves. They are very quick indeed at finding and vetting suitable tenants and getting them in. They also do a full inventory and inspections of the property after a tenant has moved in - and out. They read the utility meters for you and contact local Government re council tax. If there are any problems they are able to find a reliable and reasonably priced tradesman to sort things out promptly. You do not have to worry about anything yourself, which is perfect for me as I live at a distance from the properties. You are reminded when the various inspections are due to keep the property compliant and Tailormade arrange all this for you, deducting the invoice from the next rental income - so you do not even pay up front. Previously I had managed a property on my own but that can be pretty stressful. Recently, Innes kindly sorted an issue I had out of hours and Rachel did well to secure a painter for me at very short notice between tenants ensuring that the property was vacant for the shortest possible time. Dot is very efficient and responds to emails very quickly. I would not hesitate to recommend them.
