Excellent

We sold our house and also purchased with Tailormade Moves, and both the sale and purchase was handled by Emma who was excellent throughout. She was always very quick to answer all my hundreds of questions and very supportive and helpful. Emma went above and beyond to help us find our perfect house and sold our house within two weeks. We are delighted with the whole process, I couldn’t have asked for better service. Thank you to Emma, Ellie and the wider team.

My experience of Tailormade Moves has been positive. They were efficient and kept me well informed throughout the process. It is reassuring when all the staff are very approachable and seem to genuinely enjoy their role. Having also looked at properties myself with other agents, it can make a big difference to a sale how the Estate Agents interact with potential buyers. I liked the genuine but professional nature of everyone which reflected in how my sale went. Thank you.

Tailormade Moves! Brilliant!

Tailormade Moves! Wow! Amazing service from start to finish. Even had a viewing of another property that was done by our appointed agent and they did a fantastic job there so not surprised they got our house shifted sharpish! Thanks so much to everyone at TMM. Bought the house through them originally and was so impressed had to go back to sell it. Go with Tailormade Moves if you are selling in Inverness area, you won’t regret it. Thanks to Emma for all her hard work, and to Innes and the wider team.

We recently made a long-distance move to northern Scotland and chose our new home via Tailormade Moves. Our first and second viewings were arranged for our convenience and we enjoyed good communication from the agency staff. All promises made were fulfilled. We were also delighted to receive a welcome pack when moving into our new home followed, to our surprise, a beautiful bouquet of flowers delivered to the door. Excellent service throughout and a few extras we didn't expect but greatly appreciated - thank you, Tailormade Moves!

Tailormade Homes have been the best Estate Agent I have ever dealt with. From my initial meeting with Morna, I was impressed with their honest professionalism. No sugar coating or flattery to gain the business but an honest appraisal and which gave me confidence in their ability to market my property. Louise, who handled my sale, was a fabulous communicator. She kept me up to date with progress at each viewing and followed up potential buyers. Moreover I always felt that she could make the sale happen. I cannot speak highly enough of Louise.

Highly recommended - Peter and the team sold my mother's flat in Poundbury and they were exceptional throughout the whole process - excellent advice early on, managed the viewings, always on top of the process, kept us well informed of developments, and pushed when necessary to get the process completed. Overall a great service and very happy with them - would definitely recommend.

Tailormade Moves, the best in the business.

Tailormade Moves from the get go have been so informative, helpful and genuine. Karine helped us with advice on how to make our house the best it can look. Louise who sold it for us kept us up to date with feedback and negotiation on our sale. All in all, the team at Tailormade Moves were so helpful and informative, from reception to the Estate Agents, which gives the customer an amazing experience. I will be recommending Tailormade Moves to anyone looking for Estate Agent services.

Easy transaction

Emma made things a lot easier for us to sell our house, with less stress and anxiety. She is a very positive cheerful person with lots of experience of the local market. She listened to our concerns and altered the marketing when we asked her to. The solicitor she recommended was also excellent.
