Before renting or buying I would seriously consider before going with this lot. We were given a 28 day eviction notice purely due to the Landlord wanting to sell - that’s fine, we accepted that. 2 weeks later there is new rental tenants in the property.
Lying on contracts and final notices given to us is something I would not trust from a company such as this. It’ll only be the start.
Other realtors and companies have warned me against Tailormade so I probably should’ve listened, and also told me that this thing happens all the time. Houses for their friends and whoever suits.
Disgraceful company.

We would, however, like to clarify a few points for anyone reading the review. The decision to end the tenancy was made by the landlord, who advised us that they wished to sell the property. Tailormade Moves acted on the landlord’s instructions, and the property will now be going to the market for sale. We have not been instructed by the landlord to re-let the property.
In relation to the suggestion that properties are offered to friends or selected individuals, this is not how our letting process works. When a property is available to rent, prospective tenants are required to complete the appropriate application and referencing process, including identification and right-to-rent checks where applicable.
You also refer to concerns regarding the tenancy documentation and notices provided to you. If you believe there is an error or something you would like us to clarify, we would be happy to look into this further if you contact us directly with the relevant details.
As a Scottish letting agent, we take our regulatory and professional responsibilities seriously and work in accordance with the relevant legislation and industry standards.
