GoogleI recently sold with TMM and they were excellent. Emma was friendly, professional and very efficient and the turnaround was very quick which was exactly what I needed to facilitate a quick sale. The photos and marketing were of a very high standard and they dealt with any enquiries and viewings very promptly, all the while keeping me updated. Above all, they are just a lovely, friendly bunch and I really couldn't have picked a better estate agent to deal with my sale. Would recommend 10/10!

Tailormade moves were brilliant from start to finish, very knowledgeable and professional (unlike some other estate agents in the area!) Katherine was so friendly, very approachable, always quick at responding and would regularly check in with us. The admin team / internal processes are very efficient and all staff I spoke to through the process were very helpful. Would definitely recommend!

Hands down the best estate agency I've ever dealt with. When showing my family and I around the rental property, they were welcoming, friendly and provided us with all the relevant information. The process to start renting was quick, all the checks were completed in an organised and timely manner with the contract following soon afterwards. When signing documentation in person, they even gave us a complimentary tote bag with some useful things inside like a tool kit, measuring tape, notepad and more. Finally, as soon as a small fault was noticed in the property, they got a professional to investigate it within the day. Truly, examplary service all around. Couldn't be more pleased with how pleasant and simple they've made the usually daunting rental process! Big shout out to Innes and Joel for all their help.

GoogleI have been preparing a flat which I had previously been renting out with Tailormade. The staff and agents could not have been more helpful in advising me and showing the flat to prospective buyers. This was particularly helpful because the flat is in Inverness and I currently live on the south coast of England. I wholeheartedly recommend them for efficiency, politeness and service.

Great communication and support when required. Check in calls/emails to see how things were going helped to alleviate some of the uncertainty in the period leading up to settlement. Special thanks to Amanda for showing myself, and my son, around our respective properties, and also helping me at the offer stage. Also thanks to Louise for coming out in the pouring rain. FacebookDefinitely recommend. Our house purchase was quick. When we where on our final step for collecting keys 🔑 Tailormade Moves Estate Agents made it easy for us. We had 9 hour drive from our previous adrese, so we kept in touch how far we are so we can arrange the key pickup. Can not fault the Agents....

Excellent service from a fantastic team. Our own solicitor was not great and I learned more information about my house sale and purchase from Karine and her team than I did from my own solicitor. Nothing was too much trouble for them and always helpful and pleasant. When my husband and I picked up the keys to our new home, we also received a goodie bag from Karine and team. Would highly recommend.

We have just sold our house with the help of Emma. This is the second property we have sold through Emma. From beginning to end (which was very short both times!) the service is faultless. Emma manages everything with no stress to you, she always responds so quickly too. I also dealt with Ellie from the office lots re booking appointments for viewings, she was lovely and always so cheerful on the phone. I can’t recommend TMM enough.
