I recently relocated from Glasgow to Inverness and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the very first phone call, they were professional, friendly, and incredibly efficient. Communication was clear throughout, I was kept in the loop at every stage, and no question was ever too much trouble. If you’re planning a move to the Highlands, I can’t recommend them enough. Absolutely 5 stars!

All the members of the team are efficient and knowledgable and use their initiative and common sense to find a suitable tenant. FacebookWell I got my Christmas miracle all thanks to Karine , Louise and all the team at Tailormade Moves . I bought a new house , sold my old house and moved in all in the space of 6 weeks ! From start to finish from viewing my new home, which was also on Tailormade to selling my old home , the team did everything in their super powers to make sure it all went to plan. . This is the second time I’ve used them , professionalism, customer service, friendliness and managing my stress levels (thanks Lou) amazing ! Between Karine getting it on the market pronto , to Innes getting the sign up , Louise for all her help and support with viewings and all the staff in the office being so lovely There’s is only one recommendation and that is if you want to sell your home use Tailormade Moves

Met Louise Hamilton at the property, paperwork done, pictures taken, sale sign up, property advertised and then sold in a timely manner. I found them to be totally unprofessional. Charged a fee and did nothing for it. I got my property back unfit to rent and it hadn't been inspected. Nothing. The tenant was smoking in the property which is evident to this day - even after deep cleaning. Disgusting service. Don't touch them! Manager Innes Simpson was totally unhelpful.

You can always find cheaper alternatives but I prefer to do business with companies that offer the best service and TailorMade certainly provide that.
