We were very impressed with the efficient service provided by the team at Poundbury in the sale of our house. The marketing of the property was first class and the communication/support throughout was excellent. We are very grateful for all their hard work and would highly recommend them.

Professional and caring

We had considered other estate agents before settling on Tailormade, who had been recommended via a friend. Although more expensive than some, the way the agent listened and understood our priorities was a big factor in our choice. From the outset we were very impressed with their professionalism and attention to detail. Selling your home is an emotional step but the sensitivity and efficiency with which everything was done, helped remove a lot of the stress from the situation. The proactive daily communication with us, as well as being responsive to our queries, was very reassuring. Really, we could not fault Tailormade Moves and would have no hesitation in recommending them to other sellers.

Inverness Purchase and Sale

If the following words strike anyone as too good to be true, rest assured these are our unqualified commendation for the services and staff of Tailormade Moves. My wife and I first met up with Morna and her staff during the purchase of our new house. At every step of the way they proved extremely helpful, approachable and proficient, and eased the process throughout to a successful conclusion. So too, when it came to the sale of our own house, their advice and assistance proved invaluable, and enabled us to conclude a successful deal very quickly and painlessly. We have no doubt that the professionalism and knowledge of Tailormade staff on all fronts assisted towards that end.Whether you are buying or selling, we cannot recommend their services highly enough.

We chose Tailormade to market our flat because we liked the ethos of the company, and also the fact that they have a really great finger on the pulse of the Inverness housing market. We certainly weren’t disappointed! Everything was handled very efficiently and any stress for us was completely removed. Many thanks Emma and team - great job!

Positive experience…

I had a completely positive experience with tailormade as a first time buyer. Iwona the estate agent was happy to answer my questions and was quick to reply to my texts whilst I was waiting for the sale to complete! I loved the gift bag too upon collecting my keys. I would definitely use the company if I was to sell in the future :)

If your selling your home we would highly recommend. We had two houses to sell at the same time. Rhona and Emma were fantastic, making the whole process less stressful. Extremely friendly and kept in touch throughout. Can't thank them enough.

Indeed you are a great and perfect manager for proving that binary and crypto investment is highly profitable. I made a deposit of $1000 and she traded on my account and behold I'm profit loaded, I'm so happy and I will always testify about her.. I chose Tailormade Moves to sell my derelict Old Croft because of the people. Rhona is always helpful and polite. She sold my property within 2 weeks of it going on the market. A great service.

Tailormade Moves is a company that lives up to its name. As a pensioner I was apprehensive about selling my house and all that goes with it. Karine and the team tailored everything for me, making the whole process stress-free; from coordinating and hosting all viewings to being in constant communication during the offer phase Tailormade could not have been more professional or more customer focussed. I would thoroughly recommend Tailormade for a seamless sale.

Having used Tailormade moves in the…

Having used Tailormade moves in the past, I didn't hesitate in hiring them to sell my home in the highlands in 2021. Service is always attentive. I found their rates to be competitive, they engaged with me as the seller, provided lots of feedback during the sales process, and within a few short weeks had generated lots of interest prompting a closing date and sale which was absolutely what we had strived to achieve. Highly recommended.

I had the pleasure of working with Tailormade Moves in a recent purchase of a home in Inverness. Although Tailormade Movies acted as the seller's agent, they (and Morna in particular) went out of their way to support my purchase through major obstacles (purchasing during the pandemic, and while residing in a different country), and then continued to support me after the purchase was completed. If I ever need to sell a property in the area, I would not hestitate to use (or recommend) Tailormade Moves!
