Our worries and concerns were all blown away when we met Karine though, from start to finish she has been absolutely AMAZING!! Her business card says "Sales Ninja" and Sales Ninja is right! She swept in, helped us at every turn and sold our house in just over a week!!! Even once it was sold she has continued to be there for us, happily answering every little query and also going between us and our buyers to change some details Etc. I got a lot of poor comments from the couples viewing the house, especially the quality of the pictures.The sign was not erected outside my property until all viewings were completed(about 6.00pm on the Friday night), offers had to be in by noon on the Monday. It was at quite an angle, gales were forecast for the Saturday and overnight to the Sunday. On the Sunday on my way out to church I removed it from a large hole in my front garden, it was at a 45o angle and dangerous as it was loose it just lifted out the hole.When a member of staff phoned me, they said they would get it removed, it is still in my garden, when I go to the skip before I move it is going.
