TrustpilotI was the buyer
I was the buyer . Staff at Taylormademoves were very helpful and friendly at all times. They even managed to arrange a viewing after the property was purchased. I would highly recommend this company for fast friendly service when either purchasing or selling a house.
Thanks for the great review. Louise

TrustpilotProfessional and precise service..no complaints
The initial meeting with the estate agents representative was very low key with everyting explained in a professional and easy to understand manner.Possible links to solicitors, sales fees, the marketing process and timescales were discussed. The selling process was easy to follow and my rep (Iwona) was wonderful in preparing the property for viewing, showing prospective buyers and highlighting best practice to achieve a sale.House sold for 7% above surveyors valuation, and was kept informed of eevery step of the process, not only by Iwona, but also the competent office staff.I have no hesitation in awarding 5 stars, and will use this company again if needed.
Thanks Aly,It makes our day to hear that we were able to provide you 5-star service. We`ll make sure the entire team at TMM receives your feedback- they will be thrilled to hear your kind words.Iwona

TrustpilotThe whole experience with Tailormade…
The whole experience with Tailormade Moves was smooth & seamless! I had rented my property out with them before selling and they made my life easy by dealing with everything. They were on top of things every step of the way and kept me informed of any changes in legislation/things to be done. I live overseas so they dealt with everything for marketing and selling the property - the whole process (for me) was stress-free! To the final steps of dealing with my solicitor, they were knowledgeable and very professional.I would highly recommend this company and would definitely use them again.
There is nothing like seeing a great review on our page, thank you Lorna! We are happy to hear our customers feel taken care of every step of the process. Thank you for choosing us! Iwona

Second time we have had the Tailormade experience, first time as a seller and this time as a buyer and once again the service was outstanding. The efficiency and professionalism of the team make them the only agency I would use if I were to sell a property in the future. You feel you're in safe hands and that your custom is valued. Well done to Morna, Louise and all the team and thanks once again.
