Having used Tailormade moves in the past, I didn't hesitate in hiring them to sell my home in the highlands in 2021. Service is always attentive. I found their rates to be competitive, they engaged with me as the seller, provided lots of feedback during the sales process, and within a few short weeks had generated lots of interest prompting a closing date and sale which was absolutely what we had strived to achieve. I had the pleasure of working with Tailormade Moves in a recent purchase of a home in Inverness. Although Tailormade Movies acted as the seller's agent, they (and Morna in particular) went out of their way to support my purchase through major obstacles (purchasing during the pandemic, and while residing in a different country), and then continued to support me after the purchase was completed. If I ever need to sell a property in the area, I would not hestitate to use (or recommend) Tailormade Moves!

They negotiated hard for their seller, with a strong knowledge of the market and realistic expectations of selling price. My house sold in two weeks. Louise and Morna handled the sale. I was kept well informed regarding viewings and feedback. The negotiation process was handled expertly and the house sold at a good price. This team are not the cheapest deal. I highly recommend them because you get what you pay for. Self starters and entrepreneurs with a drive to succeed. That drive for success is evident in the speed and selling price of my home.

Having never used an estate agent before, Tailormade Moves were recommended to me and I'm very glad I went with them to sell my mum's house. From the property going on the market to accepting an offer took only two weeks! Tailormade Moves is a great company to deal with. I was a Tenant of theirs for about two and a half years. If I had any maintenance issues or appliances that needed attention, they were quick in responding to my requests and dealt with these in a prompt and professional manner.
