They had extensive knowledge of the housing market in the area and were able to use it to guide me through the sale. Emma, who handled all the viewings on my behalf, has a particularly pleasant personality which complemented an efficient team in the office. As we had already relocated out of the area it was important that we had complete confidence in our chosen agent to handle every aspect of the sale for us. She worked her magic within a week - and my property was sold to the first person who viewed (and above the asking price). I know that sounds too good to be true, so when I questioned it I called her back for some down to earth straight-talking - which she delivered with gusto. The whole team has been proactive, efficient, hugely effective, and always returned my calls promptly. Couldn't ask for anything more. Thanks especially to Morna and Abi.

They kept us in the loop at every stage and although we had given them a very tight timeline they had a ‘can do’ attitude and were always positive which took a lot of the worry out of it for us. All my contact with them was professional and friendly. It took 9 weeks from the house going on the market for completion of the sale. The lovely goodie bag was a really lovely touch. Can't recommend them enough!
