GoogleHonestly couldn’t get a better estate agents. We’ve had some very poor experiences in the past with other agents so we were a little wary when we put our house on the market, but Latcham Dowling truly are excellent. Their knowledge of the industry is second to none but even more importantly, every member of the team is so friendly and approachable. They understand what a stressful and emotional process moving house is, and they kept us involved and informed every step of the way without being condescending. If we could give them more than five stars we would, and we would recommend them to anyone.

GoogleFrom start to finish the whole team at Latcham Dowling made the home buying process a dream. As a first time buyer the process was incredibly daunting but we were supported and communicated with the entire time! I cannot recommend the team here enough they made a typically stressful and scary process enjoyable and exciting and you could feel that they were just as excited as we were which gives such a personal touch!! If we ever decide to buy or sell again then I know exactly who to call, I cannot thank you all enough for helping to find out perfect first home!

GoogleAfter a chance meeting with Gary and a brief conversation some months later we decided to make the move. Gary's manor and knowledge stood out from the crowd and after a relaxed meeting it was clear that Latcham Dowling would best represent us and the property. Selling the property was the easy part and achieving a great price was credit to the team. Through the Never ending legal process LD's commitment, knowledge, support and friendship far exceeded expectations and duty.
Estate agency done properly. A huge Thank you to all the team.

GoogleI would absolutely use these guys again without a doubt.
Buying and selling a house is always stressful, but I have to say that Gary, James and Joe at Latcham Dowling were brilliant when I sold my house in Potton this year, and made the process incredibly transparent and as easy as it could be. They have a fixed fee for all sellers, so there's no quibbling or feeling that you're getting a worse deal than anybody else, and you get your own online portal so you can follow the progress of your sale. This takes you from viewing dates/times and how it went right the way through to accepting the offer and completion. Also invaluable was being added to a WhatsApp group with all the agents in, so any questions or queries could be asked and resolved quickly. Highly recommended!

GoogleLatcham Dowling were recommended to us by friends and it has been one of the best recommendations we have had. We have dealt with the whole team throughout our house sale who have all given us the best support, with great communication and service throughout the process.
Latcham Dowling went above and beyond to provide support and guidance to us on our house purchase which was not being dealt with through them, which has been invaluable to us and provided a great deal of comfort through a stressful time.
I would highly recommend Latcham Dowling to all!

GoogleLatcham & Dowling were recommended to us by friends and we are very pleased to say it was a very pleasant experience from the start to completion. Dealing with James, Gary and Joe L&D with out any doubt proved there are great estate agents out there with personnel approach and professionalism from all the team .
I was particularly impressed by Gary with the regular weekly and sometimes daily communication with updates. We felt assured that our house was in safe hands throughout the selling process and the advice received was spot on and importantly trusted.
They have certainly raised the bar with customer service and satisfaction...HIGHLY RECOMENDED.

GoogleThese guys were amazing with our house sale. Kept us informed at every stage and nothing was too much trouble for them. We sold within a week of being on the market but lost the sale a few weeks down the line (no fault of theirs). Went back to market and sold within 24 hours. Great work! Now happy in our new home. Defintely recommend thee guys, a good, honest company to work with.

GoogleWe moved our house sale to Latcham Dowling and from the very first meeting with James knew we’d made the right decision. They spent time photographing the house to really show it at it’s best and the whole team worked hard to market and successfully sell it. Whilst we had a lengthy sale process (due to issues further down the chain) we always felt confident that James, Gary, Joe and the rest of the team were doing all they could to keep things moving with our sale. They were always available to answer our many questions, offer options and guidance and essentially drive the sale through. They were completely informed, kept in contact with all involved in the chain and were usually the first to hear the next update or piece of information…and they did all this whilst being relaxed, friendly and professional. We cannot recommend them highly enough, they were fantastic.

GoogleI have received excellent service during the sale of my property. From the very first day they have been attentive paying close attention to detail and always quick to respond to every question or query. GoogleLatcham Dowling have been amazing during our moving process. We first met Gary at our first house viewing in January and since then he has helped us every step of the way and took away any stresses we had. No ask was too big or small and he continuously kept us in the loop with the seller and their solicitors. Gary gave us honest advice about the house throughout. We can’t recommend Latcham Dowling enough! Thank you!
