GoogleThe Latcham Dowling team have been amazing from start to finish. Great marketing, fantastic with the viewings and highly professional throughout the whole process and ours was not the easiest. They were always there at the end of the phone to assist with any issues and support us through our sale. I could not recommend them highly enough and they would, without hesitation, be the agent we would use for any future house sales.

When buying our current home he was almost always available (if not he responded very quickly to emails), replied promptly to queries, kept in regular touch with all parties while the purchase was going through, and was generally helpful above and beyond the call of duty. I subsequently contacted him for a rental valuation on behalf of our Parish Council, and he couldn't have been more helpful, even though he knew from the start it was very unlikely he would be awarded the management of the property. GoogleIf like me, you question whether estage agents are truly working for you (as seller), I completely get it. Are they manipulating the situation to "hit their own demanding targets"? This certainly is true for most, BUT (and a massive "but" here!), I am so bloody happy to say that Gary snd James smashed down that barrier. They have their whole heart, soul and personal integrity behind "doing what's best for the seller". I'd pay double their fee because everything they did was an "INIMITABLE service". That should be their strapline because whilst other agents are still on the running blocks, Latcham Dowling are at the finish line with you smiling. I couldn't thank them enough. You deserve all the success and more Gary and James!!

GoogleI have now used Gary Latchman on more than one occasion and every time have been astounded by his ' extra mile ' service. He sold my Son's flat which had a shorter lease for which we new would require the right purchaser to be found. Gary found this purchaser and dealt with every aspect on what could have been a bumpy road. The latest dealing was selling our house which came with 4.5 acres of land and all the issues that comes with that. It was imperative that Gary identified the right purchaser for us which he did with ease through experience. This purchase was overseen by Gary during the worst of the Covid crisis which was a stressful time for us. He was constantly engaging with ourselves and our purchasers keeping all aspects under control with a calming and professional manner. He was always available and many times it was noted this was way past five o'clock ! I have over the years dealt with different Estate Agents and would without doubt acknowledge Gary Latchman as unique in his service..
It's always been great working with you Darren, whether it was when your son was buying and then selling the apartment or when i was lucky enough to have you instruct me to sell your own property and the associated land and outbuildings, we've always worked well and i think mainly because with both of us 'what you see is what you get'!! We both tend to say it as it is (whether good or bad) and it's because of this that we've both been extremely comfortable dealing with one another over the last few years!! GoogleI bought my current house through Gary Latcham last year. I had viewed a house which wasnt quite right for me & my family. Gary took the time to really listen and understand what it was that we were looking for, and lined up a couple of other viewings for us. The house we bought wasnt actually on the market at the time, but Gary got us a viewing as he knew the house would be right for us. We completed almost 3 months to the day later, at the end of February 2020. Gary really helped the conveyancing process not only on our purchase, but sale too. If or when we are next ready to move, I will definitely be contacting Gary and Latcham & Dowling.

GoogleWe have built up a relationship with Gary over the last year and have been delighted in how he quickly sold our house. The service that we have received is what you truly expect from an estate agent, and having experienced many others it's simply not the case for all. Gary has gone above and beyond to communicate with us, almost daily, to keep us updated in the process, answered additional queries and went above and beyond with after-care in our new home purchase! From the beginning I have been put at ease and have felt more than comfortable welcoming Gary into our home, especially during a pandemic. His service has been paramount! We even had additional pet concerns, having indoor cats, but that was never an issue and I felt reassured that they were in good hands once we left our house. I can safely say our furry friends look forward to his visits now as they even get a fuss! If I could award 10 stars I certainly would and wouldn't look further to find a better estate agent in the future. Like many things, you get what you pay and you don't half get value for money with Latcham Dowling!

Even when it looked like our sale was grinding to a halt, Gary stepped in and made sure the chain was progressing and kept us informed at every step of the way.
