GoogleWe have sold 3 properties and purchased 2 with the help of Gary which alone is a great testament but I would like to reiterate further how good the service really was. With regular communication we were kept up to date and Gary in particular was so helpful when another estate agent basically cost us the sale of our property. He went beyond his duty to help us resolve the problem. Can’t recommend him enough.

GoogleLatcham Dowling were brilliant throughout the process of buying a house that was being sold through them. From the house viewing all the way through to the completion they were really helpful and supportive. When I had a very tricky solicitor they supported me when the solicitors were not. I would definitely recommend them. Made a stressful time less stressful.

GoogleWe dealt primarily with Gary throughout our sale, and we cannot fault the service we received. On the ball with chasing the relevant people, keeping in touch with others further up the chain to ensure everything was occuring as it should, always on the end of the phone if we needed him, and the cost of all that service was very competitive! Cheers Gary!!PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism, Value

GoogleMy husband and I have known Gary since he sold us our last home over 20 years ago and when we decided to move to a new home he successfully sold the house again. He is knowledgeable, courteous and always professional. What he doesn't know about your house or the area it's in he learns before taking viewers around. I think that all houses can sell, but not everyone can sell a house.PositiveProfessionalism

Angie, thank you so much for taking time to leave this review, i can't tell you how old it makes me feel to think back to when i first showed you the house all those years ago, but to then have the privilege to then sell it again two decades later was fantastic!! And i know the new owners are loving living there and the community they've moved into!! Best wishes to you and the family for the future and thank you again from myself and all of us at Latcham Dowling Estate Agents.

GoogleThe guys at Latcham Dowling were fantastic throughout our purchase. They were extremely responsive to all of our (many!) questions and assisted greatly in moving the purchase along through what is an extremely busy period given the stamp duty break. Would highly recommend and will certainly be using the firm should we come to sell in the future... although hopefully not for a very long time yet!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value
