Once again - in a word - OUTSTANDING. We still have nothing but praise for Gary and his team - this is the second sale that Gary has guided us through, his knowledge, attention to detail and unstinting attendance never left us wanting for updates whether positive or negative. In a market where solicitors and in particular the more and more common use of "Conveyance" companies that cause so much of the delays and stress, it is refreshing to have someone in your corner that you don't have to constantly chase to get anything done - it is generally done before asking. As with following our first sale, we would recommend Latcham Dowling to all and everyone.

It was a very stressful year of house buying and selling but Gary and his team were amazing throughout. The communication was incredible, checking in at least weekly even after we’d sold and always being so helpful and answering our many questions. The WhatsApp group between us and the team was a great way to keep us in the loop too, especially when you’re not always able to answer your phone. Thank you so much for all your help! We would 100% recommend Latcham and Dowling for anyone thinking of selling their house. 😊

The guys at Latchams were great 👍 The purchase of our new house faced a few stumbling blocks but Gary and James were always helpful and kept in touch with us every step of the way! Glad we were in our beautiful new home in time for Christmas 🎄 Even if it was a tad bonkers! Thanks boys 👍😉 …

Extremely professional , communicative and helpful. From the many viewings arranged through them over the course of about a year, right up until the final completion and moving in day, Gary and his team were pro active with enquiries and always on hand to answer questions . Would definitely recommend these guys.

Gary was so supportive with our move and sale. We could contact him easily and he always responded to us quickly. He was one of the best estate agents to keep us informed of what was going on and to support us with every step. Many thanks to Gary

Honesty and integrity. Nothing was too much trouble and I’d recommend Gary and his team to anyone and everyone. I’ve had miserable service elsewhere so believe me, if you want the house buying and selling process to be as painless as possible, use these guys

A year on from when we set out to sell up and move, during which we experienced very poor service from another estate agent and explored various online options, we discovered Latcham and Dowling. In fact, they came recommended. Meeting James was the starting point. His insight into the complexities of selling houses and his personal experience indicated we were in good hands. Plus he was perceptive to our needs and acknowledged what we’d been through (and he didn’t call me ‘mate’). Understanding the values and principles upon which Latcham and Dowling operate restored our confidence so, then ... we were back on the market. We eventually moved but, it was not an easy ride. This is where Gary took on the challenge to ensure; our sale stayed on track; that solicitors were communicating and, that we understood anything we were unsure of ie, patiently repeating anything he’d talked me through in written form. He kept me sane and for that I’m thankful. So yes, Latcham & Dowling came recommended and in turn, we now fully endorse their services. This is an estate agent which not only acts with integrity, they kind of go 'above and beyond'. And … if we can, let's give a shout out to Alanya ‘on viewings’ and mention that use of WhatsApp for everyday communicating was a lifeline. Hilly and Tony Famewo

I recently bought my first home through Latcham and Dowling Estate Agents, and from the initial viewing process to completion Gary and the team with faultless. The entire experience was made far less stressful having such a supportive and helpful estate agent on my side. When I had struggles with a mortgage lender they put me in touch with an amazing broker, when my solicitors were being less than helpful Gary chased them and kept me in the loop. Gary always replies to emails promptly and helpfully and gives really good advise which is so reassuring when factors within the buying process are so stressful. 10/10 for the most friendly, professional and considerate estate agents in the market, I would recommend to anyone and will always sing their praises. THANK YOU Gary and the Latcham and Dowling team :)

We had an excellent experience purchasing our new family home with Latcham and Dowling. Our main point of contact was Gary, who was very friendly, knowledgeable and always very easy to get hold of. Gary provided a clear communication route from us to our sellers and always get us informed of any progress he had been made aware of as the purchase and chain progressed. When we moved in Gary provided a lovely moving in gift which was a very nice touch. We would highly recommend Latcham and Dowling.

During difficult market times and even more personal challenges for my partner and I, Latcham Dowling really came up trumps. Although the transaction took way longer than normal, this was in no way a reflection of their efforts just a lengthy chain to deal with. Their professionall approach shone through from start to finish with regular updates throughout. This team has a refreshing, can-do attitude and deserve to be No 1 in the area. Well done Gary, James and the team and thanks so much for all your help. Best wishes for all our futures. Rob & Tina. Potton.

We recently sold our 4-bed detached house through Latcham Dowling. It was a long process but we got there in the end. It's a tough market these days and our buyers (who pulled out once and then came back 4 weeks later) were extremely fussy so the whole process was very stressful for us. Gary and James where completely onboard with keeping us informed every step of the way via WhatsApp. James came the day before completion to collect a key and he was also there to greet the new owners on moving-in day. So a totally smooth process was achieved for all...Something I think all agencies should be doing. I would highly recommend Latcham Dowling if you are thinking of moving.

Probably the best estate agents I’ve had the pleasure to instruct. From start to finish, Gary and the team were nothing short of brilliant. From the bat, there was none of the usual ‘telling us our house was worth 50% more than it was’ to try and get our business and then wondering why it didn’t sell - straight away, Gary came fully equipped with all of the information on all the comparable houses in the area, gave us a realistic value that met our expectations, then went ahead and listed the property. Which then sold three days later! Throughout the whole sale and subsequent onward purchase, Gary was always at the end of the phone or WhatsApp making things super smooth and really convenient. Gary’s vast experience as an estate agent really showed during the entire process, advising us calmly and sensibly during what for anyone will be a stressful time. I genuinely can’t recommend Latcham Dowling enough - I wouldn’t put a house on the market with anyone else now that I’ve seen how well (and quickly) it can be done!

We have recently purchased a property through Latcham Dowling Estate Agents and our experience with James and specifically Gary has been second to none! This was our first ever home purchase and Gary always communicated so efficiently to us with any updates and was on top of chasing the solicitors both ends. He put us at ease during stressful moments and did everything he could to ensure this sale went through. I can't thank Gary and his wonderful team enough for helping us buy our dream first home. I can't recommend Latcham Dowling enough and we will most definitely be using them when we come to sell our property. Thank you so much!

We recently had the pleasure of working with Gary Latcham from Latcham and Dowling estate agents to sell our home, and I cannot recommend him highly enough. From start to finish, Gary and his team provided exceptional service, making the entire process of selling our property seamless and stress-free with just 8 weeks from offer to completion!! Gary's professionalism and expertise were evident from our first meeting. He took the time to understand our needs and provided valuable insights into the local market, helping us set a competitive price. Gary's marketing strategies were top-notch, showcasing our home in the best possible light and attracting numerous potential buyers. What truly sets Gary apart is his dedication and genuine care for his clients. He went above and beyond to accommodate our timetable and was always approachable and friendly. His attention to detail and commitment to excellence ensured that every aspect of the sale was handled with precision. I particularly liked the fact he set up a WhatsApp group between us and his whole team so that we had super quick communication back and forth as well as a great dashboard. Proper 21st century technique and miles better than the well established, complacent and utterly hopeless local old school agents that we had previously engaged. I was initially worried that Latcham and Dowling were a bit outside our area but they came strongly recommended by our new neighbors who had had a great experience selling their home with him. I shouldn’t have worried as they clearly aren’t constrained by geography in this online age!! Thanks to Gary's hard work and expertise, we received very quick interest from a few different parties and sold our home quickly to the first couple who viewed and at a great price. If you're looking for a reliable, knowledgeable, and personable estate agent, look no further than Gary Latcham of Latcham and Dowling. He truly is the best in the business and I have bought and sold multiple properties over the years! Thanks so much Guy and Rachelle Parkes

Both Gary and James were amazing in helping us buy our first house! We gave them a call to let them know what we was looking for and they managed to get us in to look around the property before it even hit the market. With their help we were able to go from putting in the offer to moving day in just 6 weeks! The whole process was easy with regular updates on how things were moving, overall great experience. I cant recommend Latcham Dowling enough.

I can't recommend Gary and the Latcham Dowling team highly enough. His knowledge and professionalism is of the highest order and his pragmatic approach ensures the best outcomes for all involved. Having first met Gary when we bought our home through him three years ago, there was never any doubt that we would use Latcham Dowling when the time came to move on. Once again, Gary provided excellent advice/guidance which was fundamental to us securing what turned out to be a quick sale. The sales chain had its challenges (outside of our control), but Gary's involvement and calm approach ensured everything came together when it mattered most. As a seller or a buyer, Latcham Dowling provide a level of customer service that other agents seem to only aspire too.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism
