GoogleLatcham Dowling handled the sale of my late father's house. From start to finish they were very helpful and created an attractive, professional presentation of the property. They handled viewings efficiently and communicated well once we had accepted an offer and were moving through the chain.
If I had a property to buy or sell in their area I would definitely use them again.

GoogleWe just wanted to say a massive thank you to the whole team! You have all made the process of selling the house so much easier. When James first came round we were feeling very deflated and fed up with the whole process after so many weeks on the market with other agents. The enthusiasm of the whole team to get our house sold was really felt. The care didn’t stop when the house was sold and it really has been a very easy stress free process (minus the packing). I would say we would use you again but hopefully we are in our forever home now and won’t be moving again.
